I was recommended this service by a customer of the business I work for, he is employed as a technician there. I have had nothing but problems since I hired them. Their employee Dustin Everett constantly cancels his appointments to spray, and when he does show up he does a very poor job. He knows we have had an ongoing problem since his last spray, and he hasn’t shown up for the last 3 appointments. On top of that, when he did show up he would ask for a cash payment at the time of service, but I would still receive a bill in the mail within a couple weeks for the service. So it seems he is pocketing the cash payment given to him at the time of service. It is safe to say I will never use this service again, and I will never recommend it to anyone else. This technician made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer, and was extremely unprofessional. He knows one of our dogs is blind, and we cannot leave everything pulled away from the walls when Dustin doesn’t feel like showing up to do his job.

Michael H is great. He spoke with me about any issues and adjusted our treatment. We had been experiencing some external rodents and didn’t want them moving inside. He noticed some mouse and chipmunk traffic and added some treatment to eliminate.

David was our field tech this week and was really thorough. He really payed attention to details and made us feel that we were getting the best service that could be provided.

Brett Nickens did an inspection of the raccoon roof problem we have. He gave me lots of advice on trapping (I have 2 havahart traps), repellents etc. Didn’t charge a penny, and was here for at least half an hour. I will definitely go back to Rottler whenever I have a pest problem that I can’t deal with. Strongly recommend them.

We just had David come to our home to follow up on mole control. He was friendly and got right to work, then reported on his findings and actions when he was done. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Toby Ryals went above and beyond in service today. It was an exceptionally windy day and our trash can blew over and trash went everywhere. He call me and ask if I would like for him to pick up and place our can next to house to prevent further trash flying around. Wow, That is so amazing! What a wonderful person. Rottler Pest….. you need to honor this young man! This is true caring and customer service! Thank you Toby!!!

Lei came to serve our property today and introduced us to Jermaine, our new technician. Both technicians are very personable all the while conducting their business. They check all of the mole traps and looked for new activity. They also sprayed around the house and removed old termite stations for us. Great service from great technicians.

Jonathan L out of rottler pest control is an amazing guy he has been to our house several times and has helped us really gain control of a bed bug situation. He's not only thorough but he is very easy to work with and very punctual about making sure that all the hidden crevices and cracks of things like overstep couches and beds are thoroughly hit. Honestly with them it is 100% probability that we will win not only with the battle with bed bugs but the war. I highly recommend them and I highly recommend Jonathan L.

Marley Wilkinson is our new technition. I will say, after many years with Rottler, she is the best we have ever had. Her professionalism, her communication, her service overall was GREAT!!!

We always receive amazing customer service from Blake! He was out a few months ago to take care of some birds nesting in our vent. I called the office recently with just an inquiry and Blake was very responsive and immediately made time to stop by the house to take care of everything for us! Highly recommend Blake and Rottler in general.

Steve Millett is our technician. He is ALWAYS great, reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. When you have a service that needs to come in your house, it’s nice to be able to trust them. And the whole crew at Rottler, management included, so personable and easy to work with.

We have Rottler doing our insect and rodent control on our property on a regular scheduled basis. Our technician, Joe Eddy, always keeps us informed on when treatments will be done and on the day of the visit he lets us know in advance when he will arrive. We live in the woods, so we need to control mice and insects. When we moved in we had mice getting into the garage. Since using Rottler we have not had any issues. They take care of the inside as well as the outside area around the house. Service is good and professional.

If you are searching for pest control, just call them. Trust me. One of the rare contracting companies that just comes in, does a bang up job, and finishes up within a very reasonable amount of time. No spinning of the wheels, no long phone calls, no ludicrous prices, just good service. If all contracting companies worked even half as well as Rottler, I'd be as stress-free as a monk. Joe in particular is a saint and has been a lifesaver for us!

Overall I am glad we went through Straight Up to get our panels installed. They were the third company we worked with to get panels installed on our house and the one company to actually follow through and get them. The first company ended up going bankrupt and the second company had delay after delay, so never saw them even come out to assess the house, we waited about a year and they still couldn't get the permits, thus we tried one more company, and I'm glad we did. We had some hurdles and road blocks with some getting some of the permits, with getting Ameren cooperating sometimes, and quite a bit with some of the electrical inspectors, but Straight Up handled the issues well and we got our panels and battery in the end. To be fair, while the issues were annoying and caused a good amount of delays, it wasn't Straight Up's fault, so 5-Stars for their service and handling of the issues! They also did a great job keeping in contact to keep me in the loop and give me updates on the status of the project.

We had a great experience installing our solar system with StraightUp Solar. They kept in constant communication throughout the process and were professional and prompt. The app is also easy to use and very informative!

We found Jim Dixon at StraightUp Solar and he put us on the right track from start to finish. StraightUp Solar gave us the straight talk about our solar installation. They kept us informed throughout the process and handled all of the paperwork. We're very happy with our new installation.

Had an enjoyable experience working with StraightUp Solar installing solar panels on our house. Designing a system for our house and installing it was painless. Everyone is very professional, courteous and easy to work with. Even after the job was done, they've answered any questions we've had quickly and thoroughly. Perhaps most importantly, everything has worked as it should, exactly how it was sold to us. I'd highly recommend them for anything solar.
