We recommend Gardner Electrical Services most highly. From John's response to my request for proposal, to meeting with Len to review what we wanted done and getting a bid, to Ken and Jack doing the work, it's been a great experience.

Len offered his insight & suggestions, and answered our questions thoroughly. John was flexible with scheduling aroubd other work being done, and job changes prior to the work, and Ken & Jack were very professional and skilled in doing the work conscientiously. The job was complete rewire of our house - replacing old knob-&-tube with updated modern wiring. They rewired switches and lighting fixtures & ceiling fans, as well as adding outlets - more than doubling the number on our main floor and basement (approximately 2500 sq ft, not including attic).

It was a huge job that other electrical companies either declined or bid exorbitantly. Gardner was fair and reasonable, detailed, attentive and conscientious.

It can get a bit odd and stressful to have contractors in your house for 6 days, and I imagine Ken and Jack felt a bit akward working all day while we were home. But, they were always professional and friendly and highly skilled. They even accommodated a last-day addition to the work, which I realized was best to do as part of this work.

We are COMPLETELY satisfied and happy with the results and the entire process and experience. We expect to call Gardner Electrical Services again, as we continue to renovate our 110-year old home.

Working with Hvac Repair St Louis was a very good experience. The technicians knew what they were doing, and didn't stop until my heater was working properly. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and prompt. .

After looking around for a company to replace my AC and Heat furnace, my wife and I were glad to find Complete Heating & Cooling. John came for an estimate the same day we called and he was very professional. The installation took 2 days and the 3 guys in charged, He and team were excellent. We definitely recommend this company!

They were horrible. We were treated terribly. We first had them come out to fix our air conditioning. The man showed up a little late. No big deal. He fixed the wrong thing. The unit was still not working. We messaged him to let him know that it wasn't working. He said that he would help us. That we didn't have to go through the company. He told us what we had to search for. When we found the part he said that he was to busy to go get it. So we went and purchased the part ourselves. It took about another week to get him to come out. He said that he couldn't fix it and that we needed another part. We searched for the part ourselves and purchased it. It took about another week to try to get him to come out. We had to call the company to get him out. Meanwhile we were suffering in about 100 degrees weather and started to get very sick from the heat. That night that he finally showed up. It was late about 930, 100 pm. He refused to work on the unit because it was sprinkling. He said that he would try to come out the next day. After he fixed the air conditioning in his truck and finished a couple other jobs. He never showed up and started to ignore our calls and messages. We called the company and never received a return call. We had to get someone else to fix our unit. We had been very patience with them and kind for the way we have been treated. A month living in this heat. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I highly discouraged the use of them. I plan on spreading how horrible they treated us. And I plan on turning them in to the bbb. Very horrible experience.

Excellent service by Doyle Heating & Air Conditioning technicians.They are polite, professional and offered options for a replacement of our HVAC system. They were also very personable, neat and cleaned up after themselves.Their charges were also very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Our Real Estate Agent recommended this Company. If you like companies that use "LEGAL (immigration status) AMERICANS" that went to School to be Certified Electricians.>>>Look Elsewhere!!

They use guys that can't speak English! They also don't clean up very well after themselves! They also wiggle out of the damage they do to walls on the other side of their work.
YOU DON'T GET A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN DOING THE WORK!! YOU GET AN UNLICENSED ELECTRICIAN THAT THEY USE USE UNDER THEIR LICENSE #!!

To anyone looking for a Heating and Cooling Company, we highly suggest Doyle Heating & Air Conditioning . We have used this company severely and have always found immediate, efficient service. We trusted him completely as he knew precisely what he was doing. This is a company that comes highly recommended!!

If their electrical skills are as bad and reckless as their drivers I'd stay away from this company. They almost ran me off the road a few times and well over exceeded normal speed limits (90+ in a 60) in traffic. Not a safe way to run a business. Especially since the company name is on the van. No electric emergency is more important than the safety of others lives you come into contact with in public transit.

Doyle Heating & Air Conditioning, and Andrew in particular, have been doing the twice-yearly maintenance on my HVAC . Andrew is punctual, honest, friendly, and doesn't mind if I "tag along" to better my knowledge of the system. He's a great asset to his company and a pleasure to work with. I had Gardner come out to quote a job I expected to be about $800. The tech could have very easily done the work (which actually would have ballooned out to about $1500 because of my older home). Instead, he gave me his honest view of the situation - it was not required to pass my home inspection. I saved hundreds of dollars, if not over a thousand. Granted, Gardner didn't get work from me that day. But their honesty and integrity blew me away. It's very rare that you find companies willing to be this honest, especially when it means they aren't putting the tech to work on your particular job that day. But I have already highly recommended Gardner to friends as well as my realtor (who really values this kind of good info to pass on to other clients). The next time I need any type of electrical work, I'll call Gardner again without hesitation. Very, very highly recommended!
