I’ve been using Kapps for many years now. The staff is great to work with and have been helpful to address specific problem areas in my yard. I truly appreciate how conscientious Greg is to secure my gate when he completes the service so that my dog doesn’t escape. I’ve had issues with other service providers not doing that. Jason is very knowledgeable about the business and area to provide solid advice and recommendations on lawn care and pest control. Call them!!!

The lawn tech did a great job today! He paid extra attention to the weeds that seem to love the rain as much as the grass does. He also asked if we had any questions about the treatment today. We’re very happy with how detailed he was in his work.

Eric is one of the most professional guys I have ever used. He really cares about his customers and their property does a great job highly recommend!super professional!!

i recently had my lawn aerated and seeded by Sean. Sean did an excellent job. He went out of his way to get into tight spots and to be sure i was satisfied with his work. My lawn service I had last year was treating my yard but was not looking very good. Had problems with them. So I Started using Kapp’s green lawn last year last year my yard looking fantastic now. Great people to talk to always help full. I’m now using them to spray around my house for bugs. Looking forward to keep using them. You should give the a chance you won’t regret it.

I have utilized other lawn care services and have been disappointed with the service, cost and the outcome. I shopped this year for a new provider and had a sense of comfort with Kapp's responsiveness thru the overall process. They have been timely and responsive and kept me abreast of the status with prompt notifications of pending and upcoming service. The service Tech Jason has been awesome, and through observation and interaction he is consciences, knowledgeable, professional and polite when on site! He is the primary reason for the 5 star rating!!!! KUDO’s to you Jason for a job well done!

Jason Lee did everything I requested and beyond. He was efficient, diligent and polite. I would highly recommend him and KAPPS.

I've used other lawn companies but this is the first time I've seen new growth in an area thats high traffic,(dogs and me) and is in total shade. Kapps.does a great job!

BEWARE!!!

I signed up for a mosquito barrier spray service. On two separate occasions, the technician (two different people) spent less than 3 minutes outside of the truck. Neither went beyond my front yard (even though my back yard is 4 times as large as the front). I witnessed this first hand as I work from home and have it on video. I spoke with customer service but they did not follow up. When I reached out again, I was called by a production manager who told me that the technician was a challenge and that they would send another or he would perform the service himself. I told him that after two fails, I had had enough of Kapps and since the service was not completed, I requested a refund and the production manager agreed on 8/7/25.

The refund never posted to my credit card so I messaged the production manager on 9/29/25 and was told that the company now refused to refund for the original visit despite the original service never being completed and the promise to refund by the manager.

1 star is too good for their service. In 2025 they applied to much weed killer and fertilizer on my yard , and killed it. Had this company for 20 years. Incompetent technicians. Run from this company don't walk if you love ur yard. They are the worst.

Outstanding service! Met Eric Busby while he was in the neighborhood and from the get go he was super friendly and informative. Our focus was dandelions and not only was that problem solved expeditiously but the science came through big time and left our yard looking more full, healthier and weed free baby! A1

One star for the initial phone conversation with J. Bean for professionalism. And expressing concern and professionalism when i called back after over a week waiting for a quote. But no one ever showed up and no quote ever came across. I tried for over 2 weeks before giving up. Couldn't get anyone to come by, email, call and confirm, etc. If you don't have time or just don't want the work, just say so! No hard feelings. I get it! Don't give the impression you are interested in the work/money if you have no intention. It wastes people's time waiting. What attitude am I supposed to have about your business? I'll never call you again, won't consider any marketing you do, and will warn others against doing business with you.

09/22/17 FOLLOW UP - I'm following up on this review so that everyone can have access to the full story when considering this business. The new owner Jeff, contacted me to apologize and explain things with out excuses. He says he's getting things back in order and asked that I give him another chance to prove his word next time I need asphalt services. I can't remove the 1 star review for what I experienced, but I think it's my responsibility to at least provide ALL of the information fairly for people to get an accurate picture of a business. 02/04-2020 FOLLOW UP - I gave St. Louis Paving a shot on repair of a damaged bollard post damaged by a freight truck and the concrete footing and asphalt parking lot damage around it. Andrew, the project manager was professional and responded/communicated the evaluation and quote very well. The hand-off to the crew when it was time to set the appointment and get the work done, was handled like professionals should. The crew was in contact on their way to the job, and during the work to ensure things were all in order and I was on boar. Work was done to high standard with consideration to the dynamic and future impact possibilities on the post. After the job was done Jeff, the owner came by to make sure things were in order as well. All around a 180 degree experience from what i had a coupe years back. Thanks guys!

St. Louis Paving did a fine job paving and parching the asphalt in the garage area at this apartment complex. What made this a challenge were the varied positions of driveways at each building site. In addition, each drive has different inclines. This area now has a uniform asphalt thickness and all edges are finished and blended very neatly. Walking to the garage is now much more comfortable as well as secure. And it certainly looks a lot nicer!

No more dips and rises or ragged edge surprises.

St. Louis Paving has just completed our lot, patching, sealing and striping. All completed on time and extremely well. We had several areas that needed to be patched and sealed with precision and care and they did a great job! I would highly recommend them!

St. Louis Paving handles the majority of our commercial properties' parking lot needs. We switched to them about 2 years ago and have not regretted it since. Matt provides excellent customer service and answers the phone every time we call. They back up their work and follow through to make sure that the jobs are done on time and on budget every time. I highly recommend them for any parking lot repairs, replacements, or striping/sealing, etc.

Just the Pros. Top Tier contractor - they will do it right. As someone who has dealt with many construction firms, they are worth your time and money.
