Everything went as it should. The estimate, planning and execution of the work was done professionally and quickly. I am very satisfied with how everything turned out. Bob does a great job of running the company and Gary did a great job of running the crew at my house. I most definitely will recommend Frederic in the future.

Your crew got the project finished in a day. I think there were eight roofers out here they worked good together. they could use some training on the electrical masthead But you did get it fixed, and you reimbursed me without question. I’d like to see your crew have new Drop cloths. Thanks for going to bed for us though with the extended warranty folks. I’m sure we both knew it was a losing battle, but you went and did it anyway I appreciate it. I would use you guys again.

Services were great for the most part. I was satisfied that I actually spoke with the owner on several occasions. Completely satisfied with communication with the owner and installers. Not totally satisfied with a couple of the office workers. But I would recommend Frederic Roofing.

Needed one of their "free estimates" after recent storms and if no storm damage was planning to get on a list to just get a new roof since mine is getting up there in age. They advised they just weren't taking any new customers. Reached out to a friend of mine in a different area of town who then requested a quote after me and they were perfectly willing to take them. Interesting. Seems they are picking and choosing who they want based on area and who they think will pay more possibly. Definitely advise going elsewhere. Seems discriminatory to me.

Frederic (and Gary in particular) is the best. They immediately agreed to two punch list items and even pointed out something we missed: new copper flashing was missed under a dormer window.

I’ve used Frederic Roofing for multiple roof repairs and replacements. My experience has been positive every time.

This is my second roof with Frederic Roofing, thanks to rotten weather. The work was done professionally and on the day promised. The roof looks terrific, the crew arrived after I left for work and were gone, without a trace, by the time I got home. I've found no nails or shingle scraps anywhere. It's as if they hadn't been here. I can't recommend Frederic Roofing more highly. If you're looking for a roof repair or a whole new roof, call Frederic Roofing!

Amazing clean up, attention to not hurting our tender annuals. Information from owner before installation then an in depth walk around the property after the installation. Definitely would use them again!!

Phil was extremely patient with me as I was shopping for our new roof that would replace our hail damaged roof. He shared locations of several homes with the style and color I chose so I could make a good decision.
The day of removal and installation went extremely well. The workman were kind and respectful of me and our home. Everything was done professionally. When they left, things were immaculate. The job was completed in one day.
The next day the finishing touches were completed.
Gary did an inspection shortly after.
This was our second Frederic roof and I highly recommend them.

I have attached the 2 contracts I signed with Frederic Roofing for my house roof and 2 flat roof balconies on the east and west side of the home, totaling $74,876.00 ( Attachment A )
Within a week of signing, I was emailed asking to change the payment terms of the signed agreement. (Attachment B)

It was more than 2+ months before the job began.
They contracted the hardest group of international roofers I have ever seen. There was a crew of over 12, At no time during the tear off did the Supervisor or owner representing the company show up to check on anything or anyone. I presume due to the language barrier I was never notified, warned, called or even a knock on the door to notify me they were about to begin. It could have killed me. (Attachment C)

The main roof contract had a few small issues that the company addressed throughout the drug out project. Due to lack of communication 2 chimney supports were "roofed - around" and left hanging, flopping around on the new 65K roof. I had to bring this to different members of Frederic roofing for months on end. Finally, 1 of the 2 supports were removed and one is still there (Attachment D1 & D2)

Damages occurred during the major tear off on the East side of the house to include a broken fence and damaged deck (Attachment E & F)
On the west side of the house during the tear off the side door awning was ruined (Attachment G)
I immediately brought it to the representative's attention, but he acknowledged he had seen it.
2 bids were submitted for replacement (Attachment H & I)
I went with Jefferson Tent & Awning, a reputable STL company and the lesser of the 2 bids. Never has the damage been acknowledged on my statement or credit for the replacement bid.

EAST Flat Roof
The drain on the East flat roof is not done properly (Attachments J - M)
Due to this drain being improperly installed it has caused new leaking and damage to the interior and exterior of the house. (Attachment N)
When the East flat roof was removed and replaced with rubber some of the hot material dropped down onto my portable jacuzzi which was not covered or protected from damage. (Attachments O & P)
** THESE CORRECTIONS AND DAMAGES NEED TO BE MADE RIGHT BEFORE FINAL STATEMENT

WEST Flat Roof
The West flat roof was not properly sloped. It is holding water on the opposite side of the pre-existing drain. This was brought to the installer's attention to the supervisor and the owner. The owner tried to talk me into "this was okay" and that "rubber is meant to hold water" Roofs are not made to hold water no matter what they are made of. This flat roof is holding water and throughout the summer it was a nesting ground for mosquitoes. (Attachments Q & R)
** THIS ROOF NEEDS TO BE SLOPED PROPERLY IN ORDER TO DRAIN TO THE EXISTING DRAIN

The best! It was so hard to get someone to do my roof as it’s in the city (very steep) and Frederic was there within a week and had the job done! Michelle was the best and made sure everything was perfect!

Had new roof replaced clean up was awesome they were very nice and so happy with this Company I used 2015 for new gutters so I would recommend to anyone

“For a Hole in Your Roof, or a Whole New Roof” Frederic Roofing Company is simply the best! They helped me maintain my cedar shake roof for years and recently I had them remove the shake and install a DaVinci composite/synthetic slate roof, new flashing, skylight, drip edges, etc. I really appreciate all the help, professionalism, along with the quality and expertise they provide. And they have been doing that for their customers for nearly 100 years! As everyone knows having a new roof installed is messy but Frederic’s crew cleaned up my yard completely. All the work was done in a first-class workman like manner. I absolutely love my new roof. Very impressive!

Their pricing for a $55,000 roof replace was very competing and offered three different shingle options. I’ve never seen a crew work as hard as they did over two and a half days. Cleaned up better than expected and would never have known they were at my house. Exceeded my expectations. Well done.

I just had a new roof installed by Frederic.

With two short breaks, this crew worked a 12 hour day to beat the rain.

This is hard work. They took off the old roof and underlayment. They made repairs, replaced the underlayment, and installed new shingles from the 60 lb. bundles carried on their backs to the roof.

We were so impressed with their work that we purchased Subway Sandwich Gift Cards for each of them.

The installation and cleanup were perfect.
