We needed a structural engineer to look at a house we were purchasing that had an abnormal amount of crack. We were able to contact him and get an inspection within 24 hours as time was of the essence. And he was able to get us the report within 36 hours after. Report was very detailed and included what needs to be done to fix the problem! Would highly recommend.

We received great and speedy service from ACE! They came out to our home to inspect a repair made in the basement. Don was able to come out the same day I called to review the repair and provided a detailed report the next day! Would use them again in the future if we have more engineering needs.

This is the beauty salon in Missouri. I have a restaurant and I want to turn this restaurant into a beauty salon and American Consulting Engineers helped me convert the existing restaurant to a beauty Salon. They helped me with everything including designing floor plans, structural, MEP, site plan, interior layout, etc. They also take care of all processes to submit documents to St Louis County for review and permits. They not only help me with designs and permits, but they also help with more valuable ideas to save the existing equipment to reduce the cost of the project. They didn’t charge me any extra fee when I requested to change the drawings. They work very professionally, quickly, and friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for their services. A reliable company!
