All American Brush Removal

Beware: I found Roger, the proprietor of this company difficult to work with. During the course of the work being done at my home, he became negative “you are becoming a pain to work with”. When I had concerns, he was condescending, suggesting that people that “keep trees or more difficult to please” than people that are having a tree removed.

My opinion (only): there is poor time management applied here, with too many irons in the fire, causing frustration, that promotes, impatient, irritable, condensing behavior.

Had it not been in the middle of the job I would not have allowed them to continue to completion. I would not recommend nor use the Company’s services in the future.

Roger and his team did a fantastic job removing our tree. We a handful of different quotes, and his was the best deal by far. After coming out to give us the estimate, they were back the very next day and had the entire tree cut down within about four hours.

A few days later, Roger returned to haul away the large trunk pieces and a second round of stump removal, which we really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, professional, and efficient. He even removed some old stumps for our neighbors while he was here for a very affordable price.

We’re so grateful to not have to worry about that tree anymore. Highly recommend Roger and his crew!
