They go above and beyond to always exceed my expectations while keeping a competitive and reasonable price. They also do an awesome job on decks. From the very first interaction, their professionalism and knowledge about painting ceiling to cabinets and everything in between was impressive. We had several bids from different companies and not only did their pricing stand out but how they handled us did too. Great communication and transparency about products, timelines, etc. It was all great. And the finished product? Amazing. I feel like im in a dream. My kitchen cabinets do not even look like the same cabinets. Theyre better, bolder, more high end. Everything turned out way better than I had envisioned. Im so pleased that we found them. Five Star Painting is true to its name! From the very beginning of my project, management, the designer and paint crew exceeded my expectations! Management not only planned the scope of work, but also explained every step to me. As the project moved along, they listened to my concerns and desires, pivoting to meet them. The designer was knowledgeable and personable. She got to know our family as she worked, then made absolutely perfect suggestions! The paint crew was STELLAR! They were punctual, professional, congenial and were committed to giving us the house we dreamed of. And they did not disappoint! Five Star has made this such an incredible experience that I am excited to have them do more projects! Money very well spent! I would refer Five Star Painting to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Getting estimate quickly from Justin, very fair pricing. Working with Carra to schedule was a breeze. We had pretty much our whole house re-painted and all of it looks wonderful. Denis took extra care to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted and did phenomenal work. I was in Valvoline today (off of 1st Capital in St Charles), and I witnessed a lady in a 5 star painting car be EXTREMELY rude to a Valvoline employee. I had watched the majority of their interaction and the Valvoline employee did not act in a way to deserve this treatment.

If this lady is a representative of yours and she is being rude to service personnel, she will be rude to customers.

Absolutely poor and embarrassing behavior.

We had to have our old wood fence power washed and painted as a result of some recent storm damage. After comparing a lot of companies we researched around the St. Louis area, we decided to go with Five Star and are extremely glad we did! Justin's initial consultation was extremely informative and professional with absolutely zero pressure to sign right away, and he and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything with our insurance coverage was aligned without any issues at all. Communication with the project managers, Carra and Hank, throughout the project was some of the best I've experienced in a long time from any contractor. They reached out in advance with detailed information explaining what to expect, made us aware of any schedule changes well in advance to help us plan accordingly, and frequently checked in from start to finish to ensure the project stayed on track and the work was done to our satisfaction. The painters, Leo and Rodrigo, were very friendly, thorough, and efficient and made a VERY old fence look brand new! Overall, amazing customer service and quality, and we would highly recommend this company to anyone we know looking for similar work to be done. Five Star definitely lives up to their name!

Disclaimer: I only had my gutters cleaned. I know who I'm calling if I need anything gutter related behind that, however. Called on a Friday and my problems were solved on Monday. Solid service, good communication. If you're noticing your gutters overflowing, GutterX will get you fixed right up.

We've used Gutterx several times, both at our commercial property and at home. Most recently, they came to the office, same day call, before a big storm rolled in. They also came to our residence this spring, cleaned the gutters that needed cleaning (turns out not all of them), and gave us a discount because the job turned out to be small! Nice people, responsive with very short notice (and once with thunderstorms threatening), thorough and easy to work with.

Five Star Painting did and AWESOME job painting almost 90% of our home along with outside pillars and doors throughout. They were professional setting up and preparing the workspace while maintaining an incredibly clean area! I would recommend them to anyone! Team Renan is the best!

My home was built around 1962. It appeared that the house had only been painted a few times and the upkeep was never completed. First of all let me say ...this has been the best company ,I've ever worked with. From start to finish just on communication alone, I would rate excellent. They did some minor carpentry , prep work and power wash. The prep work on the exterior was phenomenal. He spent a day and half pulling nails, caulking and sanding. When they finished painting my siding looked new! I would recommend this company and plan on using them for my interior rooms. Great company you will thank yourself.

We have been burned by so many contractors, and we knew we absolutely did not want to paint. We saw this company had amazing reviews and thought we would give it a go.

From the moment they came out they were the sweetest, kindest people we have ever dealt with.

They do not charge you a deposit or anything until the job is completely done and you're 100% satisfied. This definitely reassured us since we have had bad contractors that we have hired in the past but they totally eliminate the fear of not getting what you pay for .

They are initially said they were booked out for a couple weeks but they got us in right before Christmas. The job is fantastic and I will always use them for all our painting needs.

They even had a designer who comes out for free to go over paint colors with you, she was so phenomenal and got us in at the last minute.

We normally don't take the time to write reviews but Five Star is the exception. This family owned company is the only company we will ever use for our painting needs. Friendly, courteous, timely, fair pricing, and on top of all that, the paint job looks great! They even went above and beyond of what we asked them to do. Thank you, Five Star!

Outstanding company, definitely a five star rating. The workers went above and beyond at every stage of the process, from start to finish, they restored wood trim and siding that was damaged and rotten before painting. Also affordable during all stages of the process. Communication between myself and the management was outstanding, they addressed issues that I had missed and corrected them before finishing the painting. I recommend 5 Star Painting very highly. I had 4 or 5 neighbors comment on how well the restoration looked.

The county was after me to get my house painted as the paint was chipped and peeling. I found Five Star Painting on Facebook and had them give me a bid. They were reasonable compared with other painters. After talking with Josh, I felt comfortable in hiring them. There was a lot of scraping and prep work to be done. Their three man crew were very professional and cleaned Up as they went along. They replaced rotted wood around a window and garage door. My expectations weren't great for my old house but they made my house and garage look like new. Very happy with the work done.

Hank and Lorenzo painted our ENTIRE condo and did a beautiful job! They protected all the furniture and floors and cleaned up everything. The on-site manager,Carra, was very helpful as well. We were in a time crunch they were able to accommodate it...plus more!
