I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ultra Carpet Cleaning to tackle the challenging task of cleaning nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of carpet in my home, and I must say, they did an absolutely phenomenal job. The team expertly handled old stains left by the previous owners as well as newer mishaps, like my frequent coffee spills, with ease.

What really sets Ultra Carpet apart is their commitment to delivering on their promises—a rarity these days. Stephen, the owner, clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction. His approach is refreshing, especially for someone like me with experience in managing large commercial properties and dealing with numerous commercial cleaning outfits. Ultra Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations on a residential level.

Their pricing was straightforward and fair, and they were meticulous about cleaning up after their work, leaving no trace behind except for immaculately clean carpets. Impressed by their professionalism and results, I’ve already recommended them to multiple friends.
