Joe was upfront, honest, and very knowledgeable when I showed him my problems for my water heater. He gave me multiple options on to fix it and helped me understand why it was those options. He did this all while being friendly and professional. He will be my go to for future services!

Messina was assigned to a service request I submitted through my home warranty company for my rental property.
It took over 2 weeks to get the initial visit scheduled, and I had to call and text him my info multiple times to get that appointment.
Following the initial diagnosis, the follow-up appointment came and went and Messina plumbing did not show up. When I called and asked what had happened, Joe lied and said that they had gone but no one would answer the door. I asked him if they had tried to contact anyone when this happened, and Joe again lied and said that someone had been contacted.
I knew that Joe did not have the phone number of the residents at my property, so I asked him who he had contacted.
**At this point, Joe got very angry on the phone and asked me what I wanted. I said I just wanted someone to show up for the appointment, and he told me to text him my info and he would get me on the schedule and personally take care of it, and if that wasn't good enough for me then he would just walk away.**
At this point Joe had asked me to text him my info many times, my text conversation with him in my phone was just me sending the same info over and over and trying to get him to tell me what is going on with the request. I was tired of the struggle so asked my home warranty company to reassign the request to another company, and they reassigned to Elite Renovations.
Elite Renovations was a night and day difference from Messina. They called me minutes after the ticket was reassigned, and had someone out within 2 days. I had a follow-up request that they again, immediately responded to. Was very nice, and just shows how bad of service Messina is providing related to other companies.
