Joe was upfront, honest, and very knowledgeable when I showed him my problems for my water heater. He gave me multiple options on to fix it and helped me understand why it was those options. He did this all while being friendly and professional. He will be my go to for future services!

I hired Messina Plumbing to install a new water heater. Joe was very prompt and responsive to my initial request for service, provided a very fair and competitive quote to me and had the work completed within one week. He made some additional repairs to my gas line to correct a safety issue. I had quite a few questions regarding pricing and installation, and Joe’s explanation were very thorough I could not be happier with the service provided, and highly recommend Joe Messina and his business.

After buying an older home, knowing we needed updates throughout the home and the property,I found Joe and Cody. The projects we were having estimated were vast and many. Form a new septic tank and lateral lines, well house plumbing, a frost free replacement, a dish washer install, ahot water heater installation to full install in a home generator plumbed to a natural gas tank and wired to the homes electric box .... Joe is truly an amazing and professional man. Our experience with him was nothing short of a god send. He was assigned to us by our home warranty but quickly discovered that the repairs we needed would not be covered by them. He went above and beyond anything he needed to do and anything I could have imagined of any plumber to fix our hot water heater and save us money. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone needing repairs for their plumbing issues. He works with integrity and honesty every step of the way. He is open to discussion and offers every feasible option. I cannot praise him enough for what he did for me and my family!

Had an amazing experience with Joe the owner and Master Plumber of Messina Plumbing today. Joe is a true service professional. He places the needs of his clients above all else. I have never met anyone with a passion to serve others like Joe. He loves what he does as it is his calling from God, and it shows in everything he does. Hands down, Messina Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever use. Professional, courteous, timely, and you can tell they take great care to make sure their customers are taken care of well, at a fair price for the expertise & work received. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Two of three toilets weren’t working in our home. After nearly 2 weeks without a plumber coming, we contacted our home insurance and requested a new plumber. Joe Messina called us within the hour and fixed both toilets the very next morning! Excellent work and explained what he did.

Joe did a fantastic job not only finding where our water was leaking, but he was able to figure out the source of the issue and educate us on how our systems work. Excellent service, quick turnaround, and we'll be working with him again in the future.

We've had Joe work on plumbing repairs twice at our house. Recently, we needed to repair the pipes for our hallway bathroom shower. Joe came out and provided an estimate and worked with us to schedule when he would come back to do that repair (we had a vacation planned, so we couldn't do it right away). He called on the scheduled day letting us know he was on his way. He worked 3 hours to fix the pipes, which required removing the sheet rock in the master bathroom. When done, not only was the hallway bathroom shower fixed, but he had replaced the sheet rock so that all we had to do was tape and paint it. Our previous plumbers that the home warranty company used didn't do that step. Joe was kind, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

First time needed assistance with plumbing, and I am happy I went with them. They are friendly, quick, and good at explaining what is wrong, how to fix the situation, as well as working out options and explain what all each entail. They are friendly, and understanding. And my family and I are blessed to have had them help. Prices are reasonable and the owner is good at helping work with to get the work done that needs it, and not break the bank.

Very professional. Joe explained everything he was doing and seemed very knowledgeable about our R12 refrigerator.

Joe and Cody were tremendously helpful and professional when fixing a leak in our bathroom. They went out of their way to help us even when our warranty company wouldn't cover some of the damage caused by the leak. We're so grateful for their help and expertise!

Joe Messina came out to our rental property today. He was extremely polite and professional with our tenants, let them know what he was working on, and when he left to get another part, he informed them that he would be back. The service was timely, and he was done in under two hours. Great customer service and I really appreciate the work being done. Our tenants were thrilled to have hot water again!

Came out within the week and assessed what I needed done. Next day came back and installed a new water softener/filtration system. Gave a good price on labor and for the system and was a upstanding guy. Super timely and decent prices. I'll be going back to him for my plumbing needs.

Joe has been our go to person for any plumbing problem. He is honest, reliable, and Immediately fixed the issue we had. also, provided valuable knowledge on best maintenance practices for other plumbing in our home. He is happy helping his customers.
