Austin Pump Service did an outstanding job! The crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They carefully removed our old water tank, water heater, and water softener, then installed a new water softener and tankless water heater. Everything has been working perfectly since. As a veteran-owned company, they truly earned these five stars. Highly recommend! If you are a fellow veteran looking to support others or just need exceptional work give them a call.

Austin’s pumping has been amazing! We have had nothing but problems with our sump pump. Austin and his crew came out and got it working again for us. Austin told me it was working for now but that I may need a bigger pump in the future. He was right! 6 months later our pump quit working again, Austin’s came back super quick and pumped out all the water, and installed a bigger pump. They also moved our drain pipe to the street in an area where it wound hit the storm drain, plus adding bigger pipes so more water can be drained faster. Austin personally called me to ask me how things were going that next week. It’s working perfectly! I’m so happy with all the work Austin’s pumping has done for the Water in the crawl space problem. I’ll always have water problems due to where my house is located. I’ll be calling them again when something comes up that I’m needing done for sure!

Hire them. They came on time, were really nice, explained my septic system to me, found it because I actually didn't know where it was, pumped it quickly, and made sure my overflow alarm was working. They were even nice to my dog. Their price was more than fair. What a relief. Hire them.

Talked with and Texted pictures. Assured me they would call back and set up an appointment next day. Waited over 5 days and never heard from them again. I called & left messages and texts. Unfortunately zero reply...I have been ghosted by the technician.

EDIT...After leaving review, Austin has tried to remedy the situation. Another technician contacted me and offered immediate service. I've already found someone else to help, but I appreciate the effort. Upgrade to three stars.
