Our go to company for heating and cooling needs/repair. Great customer service and always get us worked in. They will work with you on payment and even offered temporary AC when ours went out during a heat wave and they had to wait on a part. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. For 2 summers straight we had a previous company that came out to fix our air, only for the problem to of gotten worse every time they came. Both Summers (2018&2019) In the heat of JULY. Finally our service company sent us out Ark Heating & Cooling They where professional from start to finish. They came in & got directly to the point of what was wrong with our air. The receptionist was top notch she tracked our part for our air condition from the beginning to the end. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs service.

After a few days, the dust is almost entirely eliminated. Should have done this a long time ago. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned.

When it was time for me to get a new unit in my home, Ark was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process of installing a new AC/heating unit. They answered all my questions and helped me through every step of the way getting my new unit installed. I also could not find a better deal for the quality of AC unit that I received. They even lent me some window units to keep my place cool through the hot summer days while I waited for install day. Install day was a breeze, as they got everything done in a timely manner and left everything clean and tidy once done. I couldn’t be happier with my new unit and I would Highly recommend Ark Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for a new AC unit or just for general repairs.

The guys from Ark were on time, professional and did excellent work. And they weren’t offended by my new puppy helping them. 😊 They also discovered a plumbing issue I was unaware of and helped with that. Excellent company all around.

Samantha’s communication and responsiveness was amazing. We had a very difficult install in dealing with our home warranty co. and Samantha was there for us every part of the way, notifying us constantly when any new communication was received on her end in order to keep the process moving. Purchased a new heat pump and their service plan. The semi-anual cleaning is the most thorough. The local company is prompt, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
