Our city contracts with Flynn Drilling for most of their water main line repairs. They were very responsive to all calls, texts, etc. from the start of the process and kept us updated through the process. Their attention to detail and customer service was excellent. I would recommend them for any water line projects and will be keeping their contact information for future recommendations and reference.

Our home is 5 years 10 months old. We had our well drilled and placed by Flynn. We thought they were the best. Last night our pump went out leaving us without water. We called Flynn but didn't get a call back. Called another company and they were on site at 6:30 the next morning. The guy tried pulling up the pump and ran into a lot of problems. Called Flynn to ask questions, Flynn didn't even dig our well! We paid Flynn prices but flynn subbed some other company to do the job. The worst part is that the well wasn't dug correctly and we were left with a huge bill. Flynn didn't stand by their work, or the person they contracted out. In this case you don't get what you pay for. We have Flynn stickers all over the well and the pump box in our basement. They didn't even do the work.

Recently moved into a new home and the air ducts were in poor shape. Ductz sent a salesman out for a consultation. He was extremely helpful, answering all questions and explaining the process. The two man crew came out a few weeks later to clean. They were professional and courteous. Plus the air ducts are now cleaner than they've ever been. Highly recommend Ductz!

We had to replace our HVAC units in December 2015, and it was suggested that we have our duct work cleaned before having the new units installed by Awtrey Air. They recommended Ductz, and it was the best experience. Their salesman who came out was professional and spoke in terms I could understand. Their team the day of the cleaning was careful, on time, and so polite!

Then my office needed their duct work cleaned. It is a semi-industrial office, and had never had the duct work cleaned in 50 years of having the building built! My one and only call was to Ductz! Patty came out to the office, and explained the entire process through all 4 of our units. The team was in our office for 2 evenings, while the office was closed. They were AMAZING! Came back in both mornings and had no idea anyone was even here. They were so clean with everything, and nothing was out of place in the offices. Great job!!!

We were getting ready to install an inline home humidifier and wanted the duct work cleaned first. We were referred to Ductz by Jerry kelly and were very pleased with the results. They arrrived on time and were extremely careful with the interior walls and furnishings. They fully explained the process and took before/after photos during the time. It took around 3.5 hours for them to do our entire house. The difference was amazing. I had a new filter which they installed and suggested i change it again in a few days as some loosened dust would accumulate and they were spot on as the new filter did pick up the last of it.
The ductwork looks amazing. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone. A local TV station has even used them to uncover scams in the STL area. That says alot.

I hired Ductz of Troy, MO to clean out the air ducts in my home. The technicians were on time and very polite. I called Patty, the owner, the following day because I noticed some dirt coming out of a couple of the vents. She immediately scheduled a time that she would remedy the situation herself. When she looked at the system, she realized that the ducts were very low quality and that they were falling apart after years of use. She actually replaced all the duct work so that we would have a clean system! She went above and beyond what I ever expected! I was very impressed and recommend this company to anyone who wants high quality service in their home or business!
