university city Appliance repair company came out to my home and repaired my appliance. I would recommend them for future.

My washer is now working thanks to the repairman. He was very quick and easy to communicate with; I would hire them again!

This is some out of town company that claims local. Person on the phone was asking me what the time zone is in St Louis. Told me they would
Have someone out tonight, nobody showed. I called and they said tomorrow, then they called me back and told me Tuesday. Very unorganized and unprofessional company!

Made appointment. They never showed. I called and they told me they cancelled it and left a voice mail with me. I got a call from unknown number and answered but no one on the other side responded before they hung up. Never left voice mail. They kept the $75 though.

My washer had a bad pump and they were able to fix it right away. Reasonably priced at 240 for a replacement. Great and will recommend.

This company took all the information about my appliance issues. Took my DEBIT CARD NUMBER, charged me a $75.00 hold for the appointment and minutes later call AND CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIR NEEDS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!This is an answering service who also answer for Hazelwood Appliance Repair. I was given times two days in a row stating a technician would come out. The first time they called me just before the appointment to say the tech had an emergency and would not make the appointment. The 2nd day the tech never showed up and I called them. They again told me a tech had an emergency. This company is not reliable. Horrible!!

I will be using University City Appliance Rpr again. The service call fee is reasonable, not a rip-off! They diagnosed the problem quickly. The replacement part fixed the problem. The tech showed me how to better it to help avoid this problem again.The tech spoke respectfully while here. Very good repair company in the area!
