Bee’vi was great at talking dirt with me. Explained what and how long it takes and the difference. Personal and professional. Understood my needs and returned furniture back after moving it for access to the vents.

They answered quickly and came out the next day. The technician was very informative, professional, and efficient! Would highly recommend and will be using them for our annual cleaning and for additional services they provide!

The Air-Flow Technician Bee'vi called to alert me he was on route. Upon arrival I found Bee'vi to be extremely courteous and professional. He asked for the location of the vent he would be servicing. Took pictures and discussed what he would be doing to correct the issues. Once he was done, he took more pictures and came back to see if he could help me with other areas of my home. I would certainly use this company again in the future and recommend this technician for his professionalism.

Long story short, There was alot of miscommunication on the services provided and the cost. No fault of Dan's or Atmosphere. Dan was amazing and we are very happy with the services provided. Pay it forward folks and do the right thing❤

The business owner is very concerned about doing a good job and having satisfied customers. After a miscommunication about the cost, the owner called to make things right. Technician was friendly and efficient. From one business owner to another, thank you for setting a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction!

They arrived on time and were very friendly. They explained everything that they were going to do. When they cleaned out the furnace they found mold and came straight up and told me then told me what options I had. After deciding what option to go with I was only able to.pay half and I paid the other the following week. I give this company 10 out of 10.

My experience was not good. Technician was unaware of why he was here. In checking vents he was unable to replace screw in wall so had to drill an additional hole. Originally was going to leave halfway in wall and suggested that is how he found it. Intended to use the service but his inabilities with basic tasks including clear communication made me decide to pay only for the service call and seek service elsewhere. Appears others had much better experiences so may have just been a bad day.

Do not use this company. I hired them to test their service and see what’s it about since I have many more properties. They quoted me to do all of this service, then on the day of the service they did the bare minimum and charged me for everything. Save yourself your money and go with one of the reputable guys. Wanted to give small business a chance but people like this will take advantage of you.

I don't know the first thing about fireplaces, however, the technician was friendly, professional, and took his time to make sure I understood what was needed and why. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them again for my fireplace/chimney needs.

If you've ever tried calling around to get your ducts cleaned, you know how difficult that process can be. I wasted my time and had Stanley Steamer come out, they tried to quote us an astronomical price, so we stared to look at more local businesses. I highly recommend Atmosphere for not only their professionalism but also their prices. Such a huge relief to have found a local, honest, and affordable option.

p.s....I read the bad reviews for this company and I was shocked. Whoever wrote those must have been working for a rival business or been smoking crack. (drugs are bad, mmm-k)

Joseph from Atmosphere Air Care took great care of us today. He was professional and clean. We got a confirmation a few days in advance, and then he texted us the morning of the service. He even arrived a half hour early (while letting us know that he would be!). I could tell the difference as soon as I walked in the door after my vents were cleaned. The air flow is just so much better and my home feels fresher. This was well worth it - and the pricing was super competitive for our area. I got quotes for a much higher amount from other companies, and this company was very reasonable. I found them randomly in the STL Handyman Group on Facebook and was so happy that I found them and everything worked out. From start to finish, everything was great. Treat yourself to a duct cleaning TODAY!!!!!
