After searching for air duct cleaning services and being disappointed by several no shows and ridiculous quotes by other companies, I finally found Atmosphere Air Care. They were professional and real with me and did not mind answering my numerous questions. The services completed include inspection and cleaning of the main line, cleaning all the air ducts (supply and return), and sanitation. While it was still pretty pricey, they did what they could to alleviate my concerns as a new homeowner. The technician, Michael, talked me through what he was doing and did not mind my curiosity-induced hovering. I'm grateful for Atmosphere's solid work and their advice as they educated me. Would most certainly recommend!

I can’t recommend Atmosphere Air Care enough. Our new home needed love and Adi was so thorough with her service and recommended items. I wish I took more pictures but the one I attached is from her cleaning our dryer vent. She even gave me tips along the way for care going forward and was very friendly. 10/10 recommend this business and Adi with her help!

The gentleman arrived at the appointment on time and did a great job. They opened the blockage that didn't allow my furnace to work properly and as a result we are safe from being exposed to the burning gas. I will definitely use them again.

Birds were becoming interested in starting a new home in my dryer vent. I called Atmosphere Air Care and they were able to come the next day and took care of the whole situation. They are courteous and net about their work.

SCAM! We booked a chimney cleaning in which they showed up on time. The gentlemen said there are cracks to be repaired and very dangerous soot accumulation (even though we barely used the fireplace since the last cleaning), the total bill would be an absurd $900, but we agreed, paid half down, and he went to "repair" the cracks ($250). In less than 5 minutes he smeared some caulk from a bottle in the cracks using his finger, and getting it all over our fireplace glass as well. He said we'd get a call to schedule the remaining cleaning as he didn't have the tools. We never got the call. After many attempts, we were able to schedule a cleaning for the following week. They never showed up, they had to cancel and reschedule. Same drill, never called, we had to contact them, got it rescheduled. He got "sick", didn't show, and we repeated the process 1 more time. Nearly a month went by and we did not use our fireplace, we called and asked them to refund the unused services ($200), they agreed and said they'd need to run it by accounting. In the meantime, we hired an actual chimney repair company who promptly showed up, fixed their terrible crack repair, and cleaned our chimney (which was not unsafe) for a grand total of $320. We did not get our refund as promised, we were told to text them our venmo info and have sent a dozen reminders but have received no refund, no answer to our phone calls, no responses. DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOUSE!

I was able to secure an appointment in 48 hrs after my initial contact with Atmosphere Air Care. Michael (i am not sure how to spell his name) called ahead informing me about the exact time he will arrive. He was here at that time. Originally i asked for chimney inspection and cleaning but ended up having my dryer duct cleaned as well, and made an appointment for cleaning and sanitizing the A/C ducts as well. He was friendly, professional, efficient and the whole process didn't take long and wasn't messy it all. I recommend this Atmosphere Air Care to everyone.

Warning. Do not use this company unless you want to be scammed. They quoted us $370 for unlimited vent cleaning and several other services. Then, when they arrived they told us it would be $3600 for cleaning our system and some other things they tried to tack on. Never once was the promotion that we agreed to mentioned. In the end we paid $875 for a few return vents to be cleaned and our house was left dirtier and more disheveled then when the technician started. The technician said she’d cancel all her other appointments to provide services since it would take all day. Once we agreed to some services and paid her she was only in our house for 30 minutes. Our air quality was worse than before the service. She left dirt and dust all over our floors from the return vents. The technician said that our air filters would be full of dirt that she loosened after the service. O my husband checked our filters and they were still clean after the service. My entire family had an allergic reaction afterward. When I called to complain to the manager he said he’d call me back after speaking to his technician. I text and called several times over the last three days and there has been no response. I’m very dissatisfied that no resolution from the manager has been attempted. I’m not sure how this company has so many good reviews.

The company was very prompt and friendly. Misha very quickly inspected, and cleaned the chimney (the before and after pictures were notably different), and fixed the cracks. We were very pleased with the service. I would definitely hire him again.

For a long time I’ve been looking for professional and honest company to deal with my ducts system.

We had the air ducts cleaned in our new home, and couldn’t have asked for a better job. The duct work was very very dirty, and with having a toddler in the house it was a priority to have it cleaned. The technician went above and beyond to ensure we could have a piece of mind in our new home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process.

We were absolutely satisfied with the work completed on our air ducts and chimney by Atmosphere Air Care! We highly recommend this company! They are dependable and easy to work with.

I scheduled a basic vent cleaning from there services list for 249$. Then this guy shoes up on his suv with a small wrench in his hand. I asked him don't you have a truck or a van with your tools and machinery. He tells me the van is out but not to worry becuase everything he needs is inside the suv. Anyways, he looks around the house and tells me its going to cost more than 1000$ to get my 9 vents, 2 returns and main unit cleaned. Then I told him ok that is more than what I had expected and need to think about it. Then he asks 20$ for gas. He left the house without even putting the covers back on the furness and vent covers out on the floor. Highly unprofessional.

Mike was very professional and timely with the service. He definitely knows his work very well. The results were great. Definitely recommend him on future jobs to be done!!

Sean was amazing. He came out and explained what needed to take place and had everything cleaned up in a short amount of time. I highly recommend using this company.

Don was the technician assigned to cleaning my air ducts. He was incredibly professional, making all pricing transparent before even beginning. He did a wonderful job of explaining everything he was doing. He was very dedicated to making the experience pleasant, taking his time to do a thorough job. Thank you! Disappointed to say that my experience with this company was disorganization and no-showing scheduled appointments. I called a couple hours prior to my scheduled time and the staff couldn’t tell me the time I was on the schedule despite asking more than twice, instead the staff kept directing me that I’d receive a call that never came. I waited 40 minutes post my scheduled time only to see no one arrive and no communication occur. All this would suggest poor management and even worse communication policies. Disappointing to say the least. I’d suggest looking into competitors if you value modern effective communication approaches such as text communication in the event they are directed to voicemail — also techs to leave voicemails if unable to get a pick up. Many customers direct unknown calls to voicemail because of high volume spam calls. Also if you value overall competency from phone staff. Cheaper at the expense of customer service.

We are not very happy with the information that was given to us after a recent inspection. After what should have been an inspection and a sweep, it turned into a quote for an entire Flue Liner for $9700.00 and the comment of the chimney being unsafe. We wanted to get a second opinion, and today we heard the exact opposite. So from being told our chimney wasn't safe to use and needs to be addressed immediately, to now having wood delivered for a fire for the Holidays, we are very relieved that we trusted our gut to get another opinion. I would definitely get a second or third opinion if Sean comes and gives you a quote. We will not recommend this company to anyone.

The situation was hopeless. The fleas and mites were winning the war after winning many battles. I had convinced myself the problem lie within the air vents & ducts. After extensive cleaning, having been explain I detail the apartment was once again in my hands and we were winning the war.
