We had a water problem in our basement that needed to be dealt with. We had four companies analyze our situation and recommend solutions and give us bids. We did a fair amount of internet research on the various suggested solutions and on the companies we had heard from.

We selected Permajack of St. Louis both because we decided that their solution and methods seemed preferable and because their bid was reasonable ... not the lowest but not outlandish.

Everything about dealing with them was professional. Calls were returned promptly. Questions answered quickly.
The project was completed as promised and on time.
The crew was respectful of our home and property and did everything they could to mitigate the noise and inconvenience.
They even went so far as to hook up the washer and dryer when they were done, without being asked, after we expressed some concern about being able to use them while the cement cured.
When the crew left, the work area was spotless and the whole process had been much less painful than we expected.

We worked with Steve and have had a couple of different waterproofing projects done on our basement. The quality of the work was excellent and they always made sure to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company as I feel they provide the best quality for the price.

We used Perma Jack 10 years ago to fix two foundation walls and waterproofing. So when we encountered an issue with a third foundation wall, we didn't hesitate to call Perma Jack to help fix this problem as well. Their teams did an excellent job not only on my basement, but you couldn't even tell that they had to dig large holes in my front yard to anchor my foundation wall. The lawn was repaired so well I could barely tell where they dug. All of their staff were professional, on time, and cleaned up when the job was complete. We are very happy with their work.

We HIGHLY recommend Perma Jack of St. Louis for foundation repairs. We were seeing signs that our foundation was settling (cracks in walls, walls separating from the ceiling, etc.). We received bids from three companies and decided to go with Perma Jack, and we are very glad that we did! They installed 7 steel piers to stabilize the vertical settlement, 2 cantilever soldier beams to stabilize bowed foundation walls, and repaired a foundation crack with carbon fiber. The entire process was excellent from start to finish --- starting with the System Design Specialist, Keith Roberts. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful...(great guy!). Then there's the crew that did the work --- Rick's crew was amazing! Every crew member that was here was great, and there were many. Everyone was polite, friendly, hardworking, and fantastic at their job. Rick and his crew always gave me a thorough rundown of the work they'd be doing each day and kept me informed every step of the way. They were very mindful to protect our house (floors, windows, walls, driveway, yard, etc.) while working with their equipment. They cleaned up all work areas each day and did a very thorough clean-up after the job was complete. Fantastic crew! Perma Jack is a great company, which is not always easy to come by these days. We will highly recommend them to everyone (family, friends, etc.) that needs foundation repair. Thank you Perma Jack!

We had our basement window wells drilled, sump pump installed.
Price was good, service and quality not so much. On the first day they drilled into our sewer line going out of our home they told us we had a leak, crew left. After looking at the hole in the basement we realized they cut the pipe. They told us we needed a plumber. We were left with a non working home. We ordered a portable potty for the workers and we ended up using.
Crew came next day told us they would fix pipe that did not happen.
When crew left I called super he never called back. However the crew showed back up to fix it, my BF showing them what to do he just had them leave and finished himself.
Sloppy work some things were caulked some not. Crew just wanted to get the day done and rushed through the job.
They also cut another drain pipe that was an easy fix.
Would not recommend this company if the job was free.
It was a very unpleasant experience.
Don't understand how they can have a 5 star rating with this quality of work.

Great work on extensive basement Waterproofing job. Shane and his team were great to work with and all work was done with care. Our company rep, Rich O. Was great too. Always prompt in calling us back and answered all our questions. Highly recommend PJSTL.

The gentlemen were friendly and informative. They wanted to make sure my windows and sliding door worked.

They arrived at about 8:30 am each day and were diligent in their progress. I believe they will finish a day ahead of schedule.

I would recommend this company.

Permajack is a great contractor to work with. The level of advice and professionalism is much better than their competitors that came to give us a bid. Highly recommend Permajack if you have a foundation problem.

So far really good. I met with their rep who went over with me everything in detail. Work to start in about two months (which I expected). I will update one work is complete.
