Lawn Masters

For years, I tried to handle my own yard in terms of weeds, fertilizing, etc. I finally a few years ago hired Lawn Masters and I have not looked over my shoulder since. Since I hired them for monthly treatments, I have also hired them to put sod down and over seeding. This year when they over seeded, I felt that some spots were not done enough and they did not hesitate to come back out and address. I own my own company and pride myself on our level of service and believe these people are on it too!!

Lawn Masters did a great job with our property. They are very professional and efficient. Special thanks to Jay who is extremely helpful and kind, always going beyond and above to take care of our lawn and landscape!

My husband and I will no longer be using Lawn Masters.

The crew that takes care of our lawn is great but due to the lack of professionalism displayed by the office staff, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

My husband called twice, days apart, to schedule sprinkler winterization and was told he would receive a call back both times but no one ever called. He called again today and was fed the same line in addition to being notified the schedule was filling up and we would not receive service until after the freeze. He relayed how he had called twice already and the lady he spoke to became combative, stating that they would never not call. After a bit of back and forth, she proceeded to hang up on him. He received a call a few minutes later from a gentleman in the office who had seemingly overheard the conversation. This gentleman apologized but they gave the same spiel that they would never not call back. He said they had call logs they could check. When my husband provided the time and date stamps of the last two calls, the gentleman then stated that it would take too long to check the logs.

Again, the field crew that has taken care of our lawn is great but the office staff is rude and disorganized.
