Good work, fair price!

Fast, efficient service when I really needed it.

I did not use them , so can't rate, but this keeps popping up so I am trying to get rid of it.

Thanks to DNS...In the middle of a remodel and came across some pipes that needed to be repaired. Came out asap & got the jobs done fast & affordable. Highly recommend!

Called for a leak in my water heater. The company came out same day. And replaced the unit.

Came out looked what we needed to have done and gave us a price. Two time he was supposed to come and do the job. Never called and didn’t return my calls.

Quick to respond and gave us a reasonable estimate. Worked with our schedule and performed the work. They replaced an old leaky outdoor spigot (in the rain) and added two shut-offs. Was appreciative of the quality work.

Terrible company, rude and unreliable. Don't waste your time unless you like paying upfront, making 30 no show appointments and left where you started months later. Go elsewhere, trust me, it's worth the $$. However, if you do pay DNS, be sure to ask for a legitimate itemized receipt. Don't Venmo, Paypal or Zelle without one!!

We noticed our water heater was shot in the morning, we called Dan and he had his crew out by the afternoon with the new water heater. Everything was so easy and now we have our hot water back! Thanks to you and your crew for being so awesome and professional!

Dan answered my phone calls in the beginning, now he ghosts me. He has promised me at least 6 Times to come out and fix my issues. He has been out working evaluate, gave me a price and has never shown up. But yet told me he’d be there many many times. Now he avoids my calls, but when I call from a different number he answers, and promises that he’ll be out tomorrow. He is a scandalous liar.

We had a plumbing emergency we contacted Dan in the morning and scheduled an appointment 30 mins before arrival yesterday canceled the appointment due his old truck breaking down. If you have an emergency do not contact Dan.

If you are looking for a good plumber, Dan is your man! Our sewer backed up in our basement. We called Dan after hours, explained our situation. He arrived within an hour, fixed the problem. Dan was prompt, professional and had fair pricing.

I didn't know I needed a new water heater until mine tripped the fuse, and when I reset it steam started coming out of the top! I called DNS upon recommendation and left a message. I got a return call very quickly, and that evening I had a new water heater. I really was quite surprised that they were able to provide service so quickly since it was just a day or two after the most recent big snow, and I figured they'd be swamped. Dan just said, yeah we're busy, but we're not going to leave you without hot water. As a senior with some of the usual health issues, I was truly grateful. Thanks, DNS,you set the bar!

My shower handle broke and I wasn't able to get the water to turn off. He came out and took care of it immediately. I called around 6 pm and he was leaving with the shower fixed around 7:30 pm. Absolutely great service and a really nice guy. I'll be calling him for any plumbing issues I have going forward.

We can not say enough about Dan. He was extremely responsive in his attention to our needs. Dan is a true "pro". He has made several personal visits to not only fix our plumbing woes, but he also installed a tankless system. Dan has made it a point to personalize his craft. He often checks in on us to insure his craftsmanship and to assess how we like the new product. He has taken his own personal "family time" to insure our family was provided for in terms of plumbing needs. Thanks Dan for all you do for us.
