Stan and his son have been to my home on multiple occasions to maintain trees and to clean up storm damage. They know their trees and were able to explain what was needed to make sure the trees stay healthy and our home stays safe. Reasonably priced and they show up on time. 10/10 will use them again

Called them with an outdoor frost free spigot issue, in sub freezing temps. They promptly arrived, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired at a very reasonable cost!

I will never use anyone else, Heller has been the one to call since we had a nice storm and no heat, he came and fixed the furnace late in the evening and only charged for the part, my elderly mother and myself couldn’t thank him enough

They were prompt and wanted to take care of us before the weather turned cold this weekend. Had to have a new furnace. Highly recommend these guys. We have used them for a long time.

The repair guy was very nice and professional. He explained what was wrong with the AC and why. He made sure it worked before he left. He even helped me figure out what size filter I should use for the furnace. I have always had great service from this company and would recommend to anyone. The repair guy that came out today was fabulous.

On a recommendation I called Heller for a second opinion about my older AC unit. The owner visited last year and got my system in perfect running condition. This year another of their team came to the house for a system check and he was just as efficient, honest, and knowledgeable as the owner. My cost to maintain my older machine is very affordable and every question I have about how to best plan for my AC needs has been answered in such a helpful way. I strongly recommend Heller and hope they are around for 50 more years so I feel this confident when working with integrity filled professionals that care about fixing a machine before upselling.

Customer Beware.

Landlord hired Heller to do a routine check at my apartment complex. The A/C worked perfectly all summer, and now it doesn't work. When I came home the power was shut off to the thermostat and the apartment was hot.

The property manager said that Heller communicated "They are working on the heater but you can use the A/C". They clearly didn't test it. We could not restore the A/C. The landlord tried to get Heller back out but could not. I have no A/C for a day because of their check. Terrible results.
