We've always used Air Design for our heating & cooling repairs or installations. They've always offered competitive prices and excellent customer service. The technicians are also right on time and so nice!

Air Design was able to fit me into their schedule fairly quick! So thankful they were able to get my ac fixed so promptly during these high 90s/ low 100s temps.

Our AC went out during the heat spell a couple weeks ago and Air Design was able to get a technician over the next afternoon to help us out! Travis came out and was very professional and quick!

I had the following service provided by Air Design Heating and Cooling. Install of a new TRANE XR14 14 SEER 3 TON HEAT PUMP, SERIAL TRANE 3 TON COOLING COIL, which included the removal of the old equipment, all materials, duct transitions, piping wiring. From the first visit to the final completion of the maintenance I could not have been more satisfied. The techs arrived at 8:30 and finished the completed install by 1:00 as promised. I can't say enough good things about my experience with AD Heating and Cooling, the Techs were friendly and very knowledgeable, explained what was being done and the install progress...when completed they left the area cleaned up and system working. They answered all my questions and concerns prior to departing, I would highly recommend Air Design Heating and Cooling, they were a pleasure to work with and provided quality service. I will use for any future work!

I've just used Air Design for two recent projects. A new system in one house and a move of a system to another. Both projects went very well and I am very satisfied with the work done. The gentlemen doing the work were professional and on time. I have been happy with their work for the last 20 years and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!

Our heater would not start at all, so we called and not even a hour later Brian shows up. He was able to get us up and running and answered questions I had about the furnace. He was friendly and professional I will definitely be calling back in the future anytime we have issues. They really are a amazing company.

Over labor weekend our air conditioning went out. And after four days of enduring a hot and humid house (didn’t want to pay for “emergency” service) we called Air Design Tuesday afternoon more than ready for a technician to come out and troubleshoot the issue. 15 minutes later their technician Adam came out and sure enough we had cold air running an hour later. Both the service I received with this company, and the customer support we received with Adam was excellent to say the least. I definitely recommend Air Design Heating and Cooling.

My furnace quit working on a tuesday morning. The technician, Travis I think his name was, came out and diagnosed the issue and informed me that he would have to order the parts. Wednesday afternoon he came and replaced them, and had me up and running again within 30 minutes. I got my bill a week later, for $79 plus the price of my part, and was able to call in and pay it over the phone. The lady who works in the office was very professional and made sure that I was happy with my first experience with her company. Travis was well educated and made sure to get me fixed up as fast as he could. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

We have an off-brand mini-split system that a lot of other companies refused to work on. A friend suggested Air Design and while it took a little bit for our schedules to line up (my fault, not theirs), Travis was able to come and fix the issue in less than an hour. He was kind, courteous, efficient, and wonderful to work with. We'll never use anyone else for our heating and cooling; we highly recommended these guys with no reservations!

I have used this company for several years and am very pleased with the service. Alice, the office professional, always is friendly and helpful. Tyler does an excellent job of letting me know what he did to be sure that my HVAC system is functioning as it should. I have no problem giving this company 5 stars!

Christmas Eve our family woke up and the heater was out. Most technicians won't answer the phone but when I called he answered promptly. I Could tell I woke him up but he sounded as nice as possible that early. He came out in a reasonable amount of time and had a good personality and working knowledge. 20+years of experience he explained what he was looking at and helped restore the heat. Excellent service. Air Design just installed a new Trane AC and furnace in our home, and we are very pleased with how they showed up at our house on time, their thorough clean-up, friendliness and professionalism. Derek answered all our questions in an understandable way, and clearly has the knowledge and experience that's necessary to install such an important system. We are very happy and definitely recommend Air Design to anyone.

Derek, Mark and the crew where very professional and their workmanship is exceptional. It is not often that other sub-contractors go out of their way to mention the neatness and high quality of install, but we had several do so. They installed heating and AC units in our new construction for both the shop and living areas. We couldn't be happier with their work.

AirDesign was great to work with! They were professional and got the job done quickly. They turned our mess around and got our heat running correctly in the middle of winter with negative temps. I would recommend them to family and friends!

I can't say enough good things about this company. This is my 3rd time using them and every time they responded quickly and had my AC back up n running within hrs of calling them. Third time was for my furnace and they once again responded quickly. Had the parts needed and no sticker shock when I received the bill. I will only call this company for my heating and AC repairs.

Their skilled personnel performed our Fall annual maintenance in preparation for the Winter heating season to include replacement of the system’s humidifier filter and we are more than happy with the service provided. I had an awesome experience working with Air Design Heating and Cooling. I gave them a call in the morning when I woke to a cold house, and that afternoon they were there to fix my heater. The technician was on time, polite, and fixed the issue in no time. The service call was a price I thought was extremely reasonable and I highly recommend Air Design to anyone with HVAC needs.

Initial phone call was professional and courteous, unfortunately they could not give me a specific time for an appointment, but told me it would probably be later the next day. Surprise, surprise. About 45 minutes after I called, the technician called and asked if he could stop in and take a quick look on his way home as I was only a few minutes out of his way.

Upon arrival he was professional and clearly knew his job well. He thoroughly tested the system after the repair and assured me if any future issues should occur, he would come back out. If only all service repairs could be so pain free.

I was given a call to let me know they were on their way and to ask if it was OK. They arrived promptly. Technicians quickly diagnosed the issues I described, and after a quick trip to the shop for specific parts, began the repair that also included attic time. Repair finished, clean up good, and they were on their way.
