Home Services reviews in Webster Groves, Missouri

Shack Shine just installed our lights for the 3rd year in a row. Great professional service every time. They arrive on time, work hard and cleanup after themselves. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Ibraham was not only delightful & engaging but extremely professional as well. He did a beautiful job on the lighting and we are thrilled. He explained all of the options going with store purchased lights or their commercial grade lights and the guarantees associated with each. we'll have Shack Shine back each year for the lights and specifically Ibraham to install. Happy Holidays!

They have been doing my light for 3-4 years now and get mine up efficiently every year and they look great!

Ibrahim showed up on time and did an epic job of cleaning our vinyl siding. Super impressed with the thorough job that was done. Highly recommend Shack Shine!

Shack Shine did a wonderful job installing our Christmas lights! We added more lights this year and our technician worked hard (and in the rain) to make sure we were happy with the results. The lights were only on briefly during installation and we’ve already received multiple compliments from neighbors! Can’t wait to turn them on in December!

We had Ibrahim come out and give a quote for window and gutter cleaning and he quickly got us on the schedule. Our home is very vertical and they were able to reach a set of windows that a previous company wouldn’t even consider cleaning. After the window cleaning I was happy but had 1 window I mentioned was a little streaky, in less than 24 hours Ibrahim sent out a tech (also Ibrahim who was so nice and does very good work!) to touch up that window AND thoroughly check each other window, I was blown away by the way they stand by their work. Our gutter cleaning was so well done and meticulous. We have used other companies in the past and have never experienced this attention to detail. Shack Shine has a loyal customer in us, we immediately got on the books for next year.

This is our 3rd year adding Christmas lights to our roofline with Shack Shine. The young tech today was thorough & meticulous with his work. The lights look great and really add something special to our home. The crew is professional & they have excellent customer service. Shack Shine goes above & beyond to make the customer happy. Great company from ownership down to the crews. Would definitely recommend.

Shack Shine is an exceptional company. Every interaction I have had with their team from the initial phone call through hanging Christmas lights has been seamless and efficient. Destiny, Ibrahim, and Kendall are professionals who focus on providing clear communication and excellent customer service. I was delighted that they offer quality work and respond quickly to calls and text messages. I will be recommending them to all my neighbors and friends. Kendall and the team arrived on time for installation, were respectful of our property and left it immaculately clean when they left the project. Kendall had a smile on his face from the moment he arrived until the job was done. I look forward to working with Shack Shine not only for Christmas lights but also for other services they provide.

I couldn't be happier with the gutter cleaning service I received! From start to finish, the team was extremely professional, polite, and efficient. They paid incredible attention to detail, making sure every section of the gutter was completely clear. What really impressed me was how clean they left everything — not a single piece of debris was left behind. It’s clear they take real pride in their work. If you're looking for someone reliable who truly cares about doing a thorough job without leaving a mess, I highly recommend them!

Shack Shine arrived on time, were efficient and very courteous and did a great job with the amount of lights we ordered.
. Their boss called me to see if we were happy with the job and he also came later to inspect it himself. I recommend them.

We hired Shack Shine for external window washing, house washing, and gutter cleaning. Ibrahim and the team were great to work with from quote to invoice. The results exceeded my expectations and the house looks as good as it did when we first moved in. Thank you!

We have used this company for the past ; 3 years for window washing, gutter cleaning and general house maintenance. They were easy to communicate with. The owner even showed up himself to check the Work . He asked me if there was anything else we needed done. Abraham was nice and honest , they went above and beyond,l!! They arrived at our house on time and spent longer than expected , they really took their time with Cleaning. It is pretty scary to see what can come out out of the gutters and roofs with all of the pollen in the south ! It was so clean that one of my kids said it smelled like Great Wolf Lodge ! They used a light Clorox solution to get moldy areas off of our garage door and reach high up , hard to reach windows. They added in our garage door after when I noticed it had some moldy areas on it . We highly recommend Abraham and his crew at the Ballantyne Shine Shack! We are happy to be a reference if anyone has questions.
Thanks ,
Jordan and Mike Shea

I used Shack Shine to power wash my house, they provided an excellent experience and I was super happy with the final results. Ibrahim was a great communicator and guided me throughout the process. I will be using them again.

Great job installing our Christmas lights! We had used another company previously and they were not as careful and damaged our gutters. Shack Shine even came back out to make some adjustments after I requested a change. Highly recommend!

‏recently had my screen porch, ceiling, windows, and screens cleaned by Shack Shine, and I could be happier with the results! Ibrahim and his team did an outstanding job, leaving everything spotless and making sure that everything was carefully put back in its place. Their attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive. They were punctual, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend Shack Shine, especially Ibrahim, for anyone looking for high-quality service in the Charlotte area!”

The Shack Shine Employee showed up on time, provided an estimate of time to complete the work, provided excellent service within the time period estimated. The pressure wash removed mold and dirt from my house exterior, as expected. Thank's for a great experience.

The best very best services I got. We cannot wait to get them for Christmas lights set.
Abraham is professional and very patient with all my picky orders. My drive way is very clean and shiny. My house look very pretty.

Thanks so much.

Excellent work on our house washing and window cleaning. Rashaun was extremely thorough and here pretty much all day. Thank you thank you! Great experience.

We used shack shine to clean our gutters. We also were able to add on four skylights for way less than I anticipated. They were so friendly, super easy to reschedule online when a conflict came up, and within a few days they came out, gave us a quote, and completed the job the next day. They showed us before and after photos of the gutters and it is night and day. The skylights also look like new, made a huge difference! Will def use them again!

I hired Shack Shine to install Christmas lights and was really pleased with the results. They came out with a wide variety of sample lights, and they had photos of lights/designs they installed on other homes, which was very helpful. The wiring on the lights blends into my home and it is the perfect amount of lighting and style for my home. The installation process went smoothly - it was a quick process versus what I expected and I am looking forward to using Shack Shine to do my holiday lights going forward. Ten out of ten even though I can only give five stars!

Shack Shine did a great job doing a whole exterior house clean including our siding, deck, windows and patio stones. Most was complete within one day and they came back for another day on the weekend to complete the work and touchup areas identified by them as wanting to do a little more work on. Appreciate all their work in getting everything completed and our house looking great!
