Linek has provided us with plumbing service for over 10 years and we have always been highly satisfied with their quality service. Recently they installed a new sump pump which by no fault of theirs failed to activate during a heavy storm. It turned out to be a manufacturer failure. They represented us to the manufacturer who refused to help offset our deductible. Steve Stilwell worked diligently on the issue and helped us cover the deductible in spite of the fact that they were not obligated to do so. Linek is a stand up firm and we continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Showed up right on time, was thorough and efficient. I had a unique problem and he was able to fix it going above and beyond. Thank you!!! Highly recommended.

Faucet in my bathroom tub broke and water wouldn't stop running. Called about 6 times in 9 hours and just keep getting told they are reaching out to the tech. I finally got a call at almost 1 am telling me they can't get a tech out. Would never recommend to anyone.
