UPDATE - Oct 1, 2026:
It's been three months since Stonebridge completed my roofing and siding work. Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted).

My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

Will not do business with this company again.
The company charges a process fee on a Visa debit card transaction due to the payment system they use. I can understand a credit card processing fee, but a process fee on a debit card transaction is just wrong. The rep. I worked with stated he will call and have the fee waived, then have the office contact me to complete payment. I waited 1 week, was not contacted, so I called to pay the invoice to discovered no such conversation was ever had, and reluctantly paid the fee.
Materials were left in my front yard, I had to call the rep. to have them picked up about a week after the job was completed. I was also never told the job was completed, I had to call my rep. to confirm, the only clue I had was the left over materials laying in my front yard.
Do better.
I will be sharing my experience to anyone who asks.

I definitely recommend Fernando and Stonebridge Roofing. They did an amazing job putting up the siding on my house. Fernando is extremely helpful and communicates throughout the whole process. I would recommend Stonebridge to everyone!

I cannot speak on there quality of work I'm sure they're great. However I scheduled them to come out and give a quote.
1. They no showed no response until 2 days later.
2.When I called that day to confirm 2hrs past time, someone answered didn't respond then I proceeded to explain my situation and to check and make sure I'm not wrong with my times. The response I got back was "I'm great thanks for asking."
I have not got an estimate and don't plan on having them out anymore.

I recommend Stonebridge Roofing! Their team is always responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to cleaning my gutters. Great service, excellent communication, and quality work I would definitely use them again.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They hire the lowest cost Hispanic crews to do their work who have absolutely no knowledge or skill to perform the jobs with any form of basic workmanship. Mistake after mistake redo after redo. No supervision, no communication. They show up without warning and destroy more than they repair or replace.

Try a follow-up on the automated replies, don't make me chase you down to give you money. Finally got thru and scheduled out an appointment AFTER confirming it was going to be worth it to them (minimum cost). Ended up canceling the appointment and went with someone else that appreciated the work. Didn't feel comfortable even trying with this company.

WONDERFUL! Stonebridge delivered as promised all through the roof replacement process. They kept us informed along the way and we never had to "chase" them to find out what was going on. The quality of the work was excellent. As a matter of fact, when a team inspector came to look at the job after the roof was finished, he saw something he didn't like and team come back and make the correction. I highly recommend Stonebridge to anyone who needs a new roof.

Had them do a few projects for me. I don't have the time nor energy to get into every detail of what went wrong because I could write a book on all the nonsense I had to deal with from them. Long story short they get the work done but it takes waaaayyy longer to get it done than they lead you to believe.Communication is ABYSMAL! Their clean up after the work is done is even worse. Leaving glass everywhere in my house for anyone to step on when they replaced a window (one of many projects I had them take care of). I got more than enough apologies from them after mistake after mistake after mistake after lack of communication, but never anyone actually fixing the problem or them doing better. I couldn't in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Again they get the work done but that's the only positive thing I have to say about them. Other than that good luck if you decide to go with them. You'll see why you should have taken heed of this review warning.

Prompt and courteous. Luke surveyed our roof after hail damage. We had to replace and relocate some gutters and downspouts. Within a few days the job was started and finished within about an hour by a group of three guys, incredibly skilled in their trade. I highly recommend Stonebridge Roofing without reservation.

Stonebridge gave me a great experience after dealing with another roofing company. Fernando did a great job working with the insurance company to get me fair coverage. He also walked me through all of the options and helped us make the right choices for our needs. Highly recommend!

If you have endless time, like being put off over and over then this is your place. Poor communication, lack of interest in acquiring any new business. Extremely unorganized as well.

A little slow replying to my phone call, but once they came out and looked at my roof, the repair would complete the very next day. I would recommend Stonebridge.

10-star service! -full roof replacement by Stonebridge in Sept 2024:
1. The owner whom I met while walking the block responded to my request for bid immediately and all follow up was quick, thorough, transparent and personal. He responded that very day.
They communicated by text, email and phone and I could choose what worked best for me in any given exchange. It is so easy to get business done when a company uses all the tech available to them to reach their clients. I work full time and do not have the time to deal with any Mickey-Mouse operation who doesn't text or use other forms of communication, or takes forever to respond in 2024.
2. They are local, so I trusted them more. I was worried about shady contractors, so I liked that they had a local business address and staff who answer a phone, email paperwork etc. They also worked within what my insurance budget. Everything from the bid to the bill was above board, not shady!
3. The crew were the most hardworking I have ever seen. And, it was so hot that week! ‍They cleaned up after each session and were professional, polite and most of all very kind people. They kept their work contained in my yard and parked properly near my house in the street. They didn't encroach upon the neighbors' property. I received no calls or complaints. They kept all their equipment in order and they were not in our way. They parked their own dumpster to toss the old roof, and someone even came quietly after dark to retrieve it. There was no evidence of their trash, not a speck - impressive!
4. When it came time for me to pay, they offered to pick up the check personally because I was worried about mailing it. What service!!!

Hired this company to replace our vinyl siding. We are satisfied with the end result, but there are several things that lead to this less-than-stellar review. The communication and follow up was fantastic.. until you sign the contract. Then, like most contractors, it's on you to follow up with them for any information. For example, we were told we'd be called when materials would be dropped off... and again when the job was scheduled. Nope... they just show up without warning, so you better be ready at any time. Also READ YOUR ENTIRE CONTRACT CAREFULLY after any change or edit is made. Our salesperson removed a line item without our knowledge or consent, and tried to pass it off like it wasn't a bad business practice. We wrote the company to make them aware and request resolution, and there was no response other than the salesperson calling with excuses.

I had an older roof that developed several leaks and my gutters were in poor shape - their costs were fair and no overruns; install was quick (1 day); roof looks and works great and follow up to close the roof and gutter jobs out went well
