Reviews of local pros in West Plains, Missouri

Casey ~ I wanted to say thank you for the job your company did on our trees ... the crew was extremely courteous, professional, hard working, and very detail oriented. Every interaction I have had with your company from talking with you, the office, Kevin and your crew has been exceptional. Nowadays, that is hard to come by, so thank you again.

Tree down with no problems. Cleaned up nice and friendly

Very user friendly people. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up the mess they made. 5 stars for them.

Eric and crew arrived early to deal with 7 trees in difficult locations in our yard. Five were taken down, two were pruned to clear away from decks. They were amazingly efficient, never a raised voice, never any curse words. They were so well organized they finished in less than 5 hours. There was NO damage to the yard, decks or chain link fence that they had to work over. Remarkably talented , I recommend him 100%

Great job and great pricing. Would recommend and use again!

Norris did a fine job and the price was right. Would recommend and definitely use again.

He did an amazing job! It didn't take long at all for him to remove 3 trees and put them right where I wanted them.
The claw machine he has is the way to go! I felt safe since the trees were right next to my house.
He was very polite, answered all my questions and checked at the end to make sure i was satisfied. I will definitely be calling him again in the future. Very happy!

My wife and I are very pleased for the great job you guys did. Working on such a tight spot to cut the big branch was a task, but you guys handled it awesome. Thanks for all your work.

He asked all the right questions pertaining to what I wanted done start to finish, I was very specific where to cut off at and that I wanted him to leave what was cut so I can tuck it on my property line for a "nature fence" he understood everything, did the job exactly as asked. Didn't take nearly as much time as I thought it might. Tree was tall, wide, and just very large, several problematic pieces that didn't seem to phase him one bit! Tree was over hanging my house and my neighbors fence, took it down, no damages, Fantastic prices, very polite with many years experience!! Highly recommend

Absolutely the best.

A huge oak, just feet from our home, died. It was dropping branches everywhere.
James Norris and his magic bucket machine took it down with precision and care. Thank you!

Amazing company and true animal lovers!

James did a great job taking down 5 trees that were dead and threatening my house.

James and his helper came in and took two trees down in a timely manner. And cleaned up everything. Great work.

They are fantastic with what they do. With the trees being close to our house, they did an excellent job not hitting our home.

I had some trees removed by Norris Tree Service. They were polite, responsive and professional with reasonable rates. I would highly recommend.

Norris tree trimming, did a wonderful job! They showed up on the day we scheduled. At 8am and were done by 2pm. They cut down trees, and big limbs. Then hauled it all off. I was impressed that they even took the time to rake up the leaves and other small debris. I'll definitely be calling them again for more tree removal. I would highly recommend them.
