We found Cardinal Carpet Cleaning to be an excellent organization from providing us with an estimate a review of the work to be done and doing the work. A family organization that seems to each other in their work and what I heard about their I will happily recommend to neighbors and friends, and will plan to use them again.

I was referred to this company by my HVAC company. The owner Mark came out to personally see what I needed which was both carpets and air duct cleaning. He was incredibly kind and professional, explaining their whole process and reminding me that I would pay only when finished and completely satisfied. The carpet cleaning was done very quickly and the carpets look beautiful and dried very quickly. A week later they came to do my air ducts in a three story older home. No miss, or fuss. Great professional. The equipment was clean and they were very careful of my hardwood floors and painted ducts. At the end they showed me before and after pictures, recommended a couple of vents be replaced and other hints to help keep things clean. The tech was very nice and professional. A follow-up call was placed to ensure I was happy and later a thank you card. So nice to deal with people and not "bots". To top it off this bid was just under half that submitted by Academy Air and there was no upselling. Highly recommend.

Shine It, led by Amy Wessler, was truly a lifesaver for my mom’s old home. Amy thoroughly attacked my cleaning job with intensity and helped identify serious issues like mold and pests that were impacting my mom’s respiratory health. She even stayed beyond her visit to assist the AirDuct company in locating and addressing specific problem areas. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made the whole process feel so much easier for me; she was my eyes and ears as I am living in San Antonio and not there personally. I’m beyond grateful for her dedication to thoroughly cleaning and helping beyond measure. I recommend her services and will definitely use her again!

They showed up ahead of time to review the job and give a bid. They are not the cheapest option but they do a great job and guarantee their work. I would definitely recommend. Also family owned and operated. Great job! Have used and recommended to others.

Second time having Cardinal clean our carpets. Nick does an excellent job. Also had them clean our air ducts. Very happy with the process and results. This is an honest family run business. I highly recommend them.

I'm only suggesting that you call a different service first, as I called this business based on good reviews and scheduled an introductory phone meeting online. Within a few hours, I got an email canceling the appointment, then received another email saying that they were not scheduling meetings or booking new customers.

TL;dr: Maybe they're amazing, but as of October 2025, they don't want to do the job for you.

Carpeted steps and landing. Outstanding job- from start to finish. Easily accommodated my tight schedule, service was prompt and timely. Our tech ( forget his name)- very pleasant, explained everything, answered any questions. But the best part is how he was so careful protecting our floor and not leaving the front door open- all areas sealed perfectly. Carpet looks beautiful. Best experience I have ever had with carpet cleaners ( which I dreaded making an appointment for). I read the reviews and website and was convinced Cardinal would do an excellent job, no messes and very polite. Will absolutely use the again for the other rooms when they are ready for cleaning. We had our ducts cleaned with Cardinal and they were awesome. From Mark's (owner) presentation to the office personnel all the way to Zach who did the cleaning of the ducts they were very professional, on time, conscientious and attentive in every phase of the process. Zach did a great job and explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. They all were excellent communicators in all phases. Family owned, local business and I would highly recommend you give them a call for your next carpet cleaning or duct cleaning. There prices are very reasonable too!

I've had Cardinal come and clean our air ducts and separately our carpets. Mark is very friendly and professional. The estimates are more like commitments. The technicians were also very friendly and made sure our questions were answered. The office staff were clear and willing to help if a problem arose. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

My carpets look amazing! All stains were removed, they have a fresh, clean smell and dried quickly. You pay a little more ..but so worth it.

We've had the pleasure of working with Perfectly Placed twice now--once during a difficult downsizing move and again after relocating to a larger home--and both experiences were transformative.

Cardinal does a thorough job with attention to detail. They have pet friendly cleaners and relatively quick dry time. If any issues come up they try to make it right. Highly recommended them as they have been in business a long time.

Service was really excellent, I appreciated how respectful they were of our space with shoe covers etc... Tech was fantastic and personable, he got under all our furniture and left zero damage on walls/baseboards. No chemical odor, just faint citrus smell while drying. Was very easy to schedule and we paid less than we had expected to. Carpets look great and are totally stain free. Always happy to support a local family-owned company as well!

Mark, the owner, came to our house, surveyed the task, explained the process and gave us an extremely competitive bid. Having done this before, we hired him right away. The next week, Tyler arrived--on time--and went about his business. He was efficient, careful and very professional. We were, and are, very impressed with the company, its processes and personnel. Cardinal will be an annual "go to" for us.

Very good place to do business with. The owner met with me beforehand and went over everything ahead of time. Day of cleaning my area rug and couch came and the technician was very courteous and experienced. They followed up by phone after the job was completed asking for feedback to make sure I was happy with everything. The bill was very reasonable. All in all, I believe this business separates itself from the competition based on service, the quality of the work and the reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are great. I have older carpets that have been cleaned many time, but Cardinal is the only company that actually got stains out. Other companies simply told me "these stains are impossible." Truly recommend.

I didn't think my dining chairs could be saved after 15 years of cat vomit and water stains, but they did a remarkable job and the chairs look great. I don't have to reupholster them after all!
