Baker mechanical has been great to work with each time they have been to our house. It seems that our ac or heat always has issues during the most inopportune times, but Tad has always came to our rescue. Highly recommend Baker mechanical.

Thad was excellent. We had trouble with lime deposits in our pipes and issues with our water heater. Thankfully we now have hot water!

Thad provides great service, fair pricing, and is someone you can trust. Thanks for keeping my family warm today!

My AC went out in my home. I called Baker mechanical services and they were able to resolve my issue the same day. Fantastic service, honest, reliable and affordable. Highly recommend.

Absolute life saver for myself and my business during this heat wave in Springfield. Thad is a very honest and genuine guy. He will get the job done right and is very professional. Call him for any heating or air services you need. Thank you Thad from The Smartphone Doctor!!

I don't leave many reviews, but I felt compelled in this case as I have experienced the best HVAC service in my 35+years in the HVAC business before retiring. I Highly recommend Baker mechanical and specifically, Thad who is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable technician.. He has saved us in middle of the heat waves twice in previous years and now has done it again!! Very thorough & very fair pricing. He's our hero!

Thad is super! He did such a great job. He was very professional, kept me informed the entire duration of the process. My A/C had gone completely out and needed replacement. His price was very reasonable and finished price was exactly as he had quoted. He made sure everything was in perfect working order and went above and beyond getting things the way they should be, even stuff he didn't cause. There was multiple issues from the initial install when the house was built that was left by a different installer. Thad didn't leave any sort of mess or trash for me to clean up and left everything bright shiny and new. I highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs. Thank-you Thad for making a unexpected stressful situation better!

Very friendly, is there when they say the will be, and gets the job done correctly first time with no hidden up sales! Outstanding services!

Thad is excellent. He’s very fair with pricing and honest. You won’t be sold something you don’t need. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He’s very professional and continuously educates himself on the latest HVAC technologies.

Picture this : in the sweltering heat of summer, your AC goes out, windows peppered with newspaper in an attempt to keep any bit of light out. You search high and low for a reputable company to provide relief from the heat . Baker Mechanical was able to come out and help us realize our entire unit had actually been struck by lightning. After some back and forth with our homeowner's insurance , we were able to get some of the price covered. Thad assisted us along the way to ensure we were getting the best out of the situation. We have since used Thad for any of our HVAC and mechanical needs. You will also enjoy the personality that comes with having Thad in your home ; he's a funny guy.

Thad did a great job replacing my water heater. Gave me options, his professional opinion and did exactly what he promised. Affordable, professional, and dependable. I will never hire anyone else.

the most reliable company.
