They took on various tree removals & offered us time & education to better understand the health & needs of our property's trees. I am new to the area and when a beautiful Aspen fell on my house I wasn't sure who to call. I was so lucky to find Rootbound Arborists! Molly and Ben were able to visit my property the same day I called and had the tree removed the next morning! They were responsive, professional and kind and made a difficult experience truly seamless. I am very grateful.

Ben, Molly, and their crew were great to work with. They were professional, punctual, and efficient. We purchased our home in May and had them out in June to prune shrubs and trees, and remove a tree that was very close to the house. This paid great dividends come September when the Bridger Foothills fire came to within 20 feet of our house. Thanks to Rootbound providing a safety zone around the house the firefighters were able to save our home. We will be contacting them in the Spring to remove a couple of trees that were killed by the fire. I can not recommend them enough.

Wow! These guys are great and they really know whats good for trees. They gave honest quotes and did fine work, cleaned up all the branches. Ben went all around our yard and taught us a lot about how to keep our trees healthy. We will definitely hire them again for all our tree care and landscaping needs.

We bought our house newly built, with no landscaping in place. We hired Riley Rivers to build a retaining wall and to level and grade our property. This included adding soil, topsoil, and decorative rocks. We needed the work done soon. Riley responded quickly to our initial phone call and was responsive and flexible throughout the project. His crew was courteous and energetic. We’re especially happy with our retaining wall. It appears to be quite well built, with a drain included. Chris was pleased with the construction.

Rivers Landscaping was fantastic. We were having a difficult time finding a landscaping company that could come out and take a look at our yard and give us an estimate. Riley returned my call the same day and came out that night to take a look. He helped us come up with a plan that we really liked and was happy to make adjustment to help us stay within our budget too! We can't say enough good things about River's Landscaping! From beginning to end, these are the experts in landscaping, customer experience, and value. We literally did not have a backyard until River's was able to make it happen. They are also exceptional tile layers. These folks are fantastic, no need to look elsewhere. Service, professionalism, communication, follow-through, empathy -- best in class. I had to make a claim with a home warranty company for a replacement furnace (avoid American Home Shield like the plague) and Jared went above and beyond. He spoke with them multiple times successfully explaining the situation and why AHS is responsible for reimbursing the claim. Emily and Bri were equally amazing!

Corey & Martin were nothing short of amazing. Polite, kind, respectful and a joy to have in my home while they installed the AC unit. Superior performance from beginning to end. All started with their receptionist Brianna. She was courteous,knowledgeable , and compassionate . Next Chris our estimator was excellent in all fields. Went above and beyond his duties to make sure everything was in order. Last but not least the installers Dennis and Liam Q were on time , neat , courteous and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Their prices were by far the lowest and superior products. As a Veteran they made sure I was given a discount.I would highly recommend Monarch Heating and Aire! They treat you like family!!

Our furnace went down overnight, and Monarch was able to get us scheduled first thing the next morning. Lucas called on his way over and was very professional, taking the time to explain what was going on and how it would be fixed. When it became clear a replacement might be needed, his colleague Chris stopped by and clearly walked me through the options. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.
