Great customer service and support

Busy shop, but the folks there are super and do great work!

Fast and friendly, and they had the part I needed to get my compressor up and running when I needed it.

If you have electrical generators power tools or anything that you have that's broken you can take it to these guys and fix it or they will find you a replacement they are amazing people

The folks at Mosch are there to provide you with service above and beyond any electric motor shop I have dealt with.

Very friendly staff, glad they were able to take in a worm drive skilsaw that needs repair! Thankful for their specialty and not having to ship the saw off and have to wait however long to get it back.

Over the years Mosh is always done a great job for my family. When we were in Taco John's they rebuilt a lot of motors for our fans. Now I'm retired and out here on my little farm. They still keep rebuilding pumps for me and doing a first-class job. Always at a fair price. Thank you for the great service and the quality work you do. Poor Milwaukee service. They had my two cordless Milwaukee tools for warranty work for 81 days. I called or stopped in FIVE times before they were supposedly done. Never any updates from them, but every time I called, “yesterday” they “got the warranty approved” or “the parts were ordered” or “the parts showed up” and so on. When I called 2 weeks ago, “all the parts showed up yesterday. He should finish it today or tomorrow.” Today I called and they say they “think” one of them is done. When I ask them to physically check, they were surprised to see that they were both finished and waiting for me. Who knows how long I would’ve waited if I did not call them? Long story short, after 81 days of me initiating all communication, I finally got my two cordless tools back. And one is still broken!!!!!!!!
DO NOT GET YOUR MILWAUKEE TOOLS SERVICED HERE!!!!!! I got a different tool serviced at the other authorized Milwaukee service center in Great Falls and got phone calls with updates every step of the way, and had my tool back in less than two weeks! Next week I will be going there to have my tool repaired by a clearly more competent service center.
