Jonnys appliance is amazing. They have always had the parts we need. My wife stopped by one afternoon as they were closing up and they cam to the door. She told them what she was after and they invited her in and got the part for her. She did not feel as they were annoyed or anything but very nice! Love small businesses that take great care of their customers. We appreciate you guys!!

I reached out to Jonny’s because I’ve been having dryer issues. I previously had someone come out to clean my dryer vent, and was still having issues. Jonny showed up and was extremely kind and professional. I explained the issues I was having and he said it sounded like a clogged vent but that he wouldn’t leave until he was sure. He checked all necessary things, and ran his tests to confirm the my dryer vent wasn’t cleaned correctly. He was apologetic even thought it wasn’t his fault and even helped us out on the fee we paid for him to come out, even when it wasn’t his issue. Would highly recommend. They had compassion and understanding for our situation.

I've had several experiences with this company. Two were outstanding, one was alright. We have a washing machine that we purchased used from Jonny's three years ago. It has worked great until recently. We had a repairman come out, and, of course, it worked fine while he was here. He told us how to diagnose the problem so that next time we have it we can tell him what he needs to know and he can come fix it. My only complaint is that the technician talked to us nonstop while he was working, and I didn't really want to chat. He did do good work.

After fighting Lowe’s warranty for months to fix our broken dishwasher, I finally gave up and called Jonny’s Appliance. They quickly got me on their schedule and were able to get the parts within a week. The tech was very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again if I am unfortunate enough to have another broken appliance!

I recently had the displeasure of purchasing a dryer from Johnny's Appliance in Four Corners, and I must say that the experience has left me utterly frustrated and regretful. Not only did the appliance fail to function right out of the box, but the subsequent customer service I received was nothing short of abysmal. After discovering the faulty dryer on Saturday, I promptly contacted the store on Monday, hoping to find a solution to the problem. However, instead of being met with a helpful and accommodating attitude, I was met with indifference and excuses. The store's representative callously informed me that there was nothing they could do for me except put it on their schedule for an eventual repair. To add insult to injury, they also informed me that I would have to contact the warranty technician myself. Attempting to resolve the issue, I diligently called Johnny's Appliance twice again on Tuesday, desperately seeking assistance. Much to my dismay, my calls were blatantly ignored, with no effort made to return them. It is simply unacceptable for a business to disregard their customers' inquiries, especially when they have purchased a faulty product from them. To exacerbate matters, when I inquired about any potential alternatives or compensations, I was met with an outright refusal to take responsibility. The store callously stated that once the sale was made, they washed their hands of any further obligations. This complete lack of accountability is both disheartening and infuriating. It is appalling to witness such a callous disregard for customer satisfaction, particularly in a small, locally-owned establishment. I initially chose to support Johnny's Appliance in an effort to contribute to the success of a mom and pop shop. However, based on this woeful experience, I can confidently say that the level of service provided by this store is a far cry from what one would expect, even from larger chain stores. If this is the extent of the service one can expect from Johnny's Appliance, then it is clear that they have failed miserably in their duty to their customers. In conclusion, I urge potential buyers to steer clear of Johnny's Appliance in Four Corners. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and disappointment that I have endured. Instead, opt for the more reliable service and accountability offered by big box shops. It is a regrettable realization that in today's world, even small businesses are failing to deliver the level of customer care necessary to build trust and loyalty.

They refused work I scheduled through GE when my oven door glass exploded for no reason. No big deal right? companies are busy right? But they never told me or GE that they weren't coming. I wasted half a day which in working terms is a full day. They might be busy but I wasted over $500 in wages to wait for someone who never showed up.

I called Johnny's appliance a couple weeks back to have my dishwasher replaced or repaired. The lady I talked with asked for my model. I was at work and informed her I would have to look and call her back. She told me to just text this number I called and someone would be with me that same day. It's much simple that way because of how busy they have been. I understand my assignment and followed the instructions. That conversation was March 7th, 2022. Update: It's July 17th, 2022 I tore open my dishwasher myself watching a YouTube video. I found a broken part called a chopper order one for $30 and fixed my dishwasher myself.. I never did hear anything back from here.
