JELD has great customer service and are very personable, they take the time to explain what and why things are being done. I won't call any other plumbing business. Replace plumbing in club and totients as water bill was high due to water links and know the water bill is back to normal. Has a high heating bill as the boiler was old and Jeld came in and replace with a new boiler and that lowered our heating bill. When we have plumbing or heating issues we call Jeld.

We ran into some overflow/pressure issues after buying a house. Uncertain about what to do, our realtor gave us the plumbers information. Butte Plumbing has been very responsive and courteous with us, especially since we were not the original purchaser(s) of the brand new water heater. It’s nice to have things explained to you when you don’t know anything about the process. They were very patient and understanding of our situation. All-in-all, we will continue doing business with/supporting Butte Plumbing LLP.

Justin and Luke have done numinous jobs for me and after working closely with them they will be my go to plumbers! They are fast, efficient and professional I would definitely recommend!

We were experiencing issues with our hot water tank. We had a gas leak coming off it as well. Justin and Luke showed up promptly, handled our issues and was even able to come back on short notice.

They were quick, very helpful and got us back up and running.

Our heating system failed in February, Justin and Luke were very quick to respond, troubleshoot, fault isolate and repaired it very quickly. The business is veteran owned and ran, the guys are very professional, polite and friendly and knew exactly what to do. They had us warm and toasty surprisingly quickly. We highly recommend them.

Prompt. Had an opening that same day. Expensive. 290$ to replace a float type air vent.

Highly recommend! Tim was very kind and solved our hot water heater issue the same day that I called him. Very thankful! Our conure, Khan even liked him! We will definitely contact S&S in the future.

S&S is the absolute gold standard for plumbing in Butte and surrounding areas. They are the only plumbers I will EVER use, hands down. Their work is flawless and done to perfection, they are highly responsive, they stand by their work and go above and beyond to ensure it’s done correctly and the customer is happy. 10/10, S&S is second to none.

These guys were awesome! Respectful, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Kadon did a fantastic job! He was fast and professional, and even the owner stopped by to check in and make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Had a gas leak,on pipe feeding my boiler.Northwest came and shut off my meter, so I had no heat. Told me to call a plumber. Called S and S , Tim answered in person . Came right out and assessed my problem and fixed it. A job well done, thank you.

My spouse and I just moved to Montana, and we had a flooding incident the first night in our new home when we tried to run a load of laundry. We called numerous plumbing companies and S&S was the only one that made time in their already booked Friday to come check it out. Tim was able to immediately identify the issue and was able to thoroughly explain what needed to be done. We ended up needing a new drain line put in, and his company was able to complete it within a reasonable time frame and for an affordable price! We would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services done and will be using them for all of our future needs 🙂
