It came in earlier than expected and 2 days later the work began with his two plumbers. They were professional, very competent and willing to do whatever necessary to ensure I had heat quickly. A day and a half later all was completed and the final bill was almost $400 less than the original bid. They will be my first choice for referrals or any additional work I may require. This is a very poorly run company. I always try to support mom and pop operations but I can’t support poor business practices. I tried for months to pay for services rendered. Finally spoke to owner who replied he was too busy at the time. Two years later received an invoice. Very unprofessional.
