Great experience with this company! I called and made an appointment for an estimate and Chris was out the next business day. He gave me estimate and ordered the replacement boiler. It came in earlier than expected and 2 days later the work began with his two plumbers. They were professional, very competent and willing to do whatever necessary to ensure I had heat quickly. A day and a half later all was completed and the final bill was almost $400 less than the original bid. They will be my first choice for referrals or any additional work I may require. They oversold themselves and claimed to be very knowledgeable about boiler systems. We were severely overcharged and they never finished the job on a new build.

This is a very poorly run company. I always try to support mom and pop operations but I can’t support poor business practices. I tried for months to pay for services rendered. Finally spoke to owner who replied he was too busy at the time. Two years later received an invoice. Very unprofessional.
