Diamond cleaning staff is so pleasant and does a great job, we have been clients for 2 years and our opinion is they are a great company and pay attention to requests. The same staff usually comes monthly and it’s nice to know who is cleaning our house, they are familiar with our home and have a regular routine. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

I have been having Diamond Clean Pro, LLC coming into my home for ten years now. I have MS and they help me keep my home clean and organized the way we like it. My doggo Lulu loves them! They only hire the most knowledgeable and polite staff. The staff is professional in appearance. I feel safe enough to not have to be here while they work. I have never had any issues. Absolutely thrilled with the move-out cleaning service I received! Rachel and Ariana were nothing short of amazing. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. They walked through the rental with me beforehand to understand what needed attention and then got straight to work. Every corner, cabinet, and crevice was cleaned with such precision that the place looked better than when I moved in. It was clear they took pride in their work and didn’t cut any corners.

I met Richard for the first time today and it was an instant pleasant and comfortable experience. He was very open and listened to what needed to be done. He worked fast and efficiently for the entire time he was there. We were very happy with the result and it feels amazing coming home (to a clean house) on a Friday after work, knowing you don’t have to clean the entire house over the weekend! Richard made sure he cleaned what I asked, but then also went above and beyond with other things, like our big living room window, which our dogs like to look out, rub their noses on, and be watch dogs. The dogs also really liked Richard, which is a must for us. We are excited to continue getting services from Grateful Homes Cleaning Services, and of course Richard! I can’t say enough great things about Grateful Homes Cleaning Services. As a disabled person, having the extra help to keep my home orderly is an absolute must. I prefer to use the same cleaning specialist for my monthly cleans, although everyone on the team is wonderful. My specialist consistently goes above and beyond, leaving my home spotless and refreshed. She knows exactly how I like things kept and works carefully around my oxygen tubing. She also uses safe cleaning supplies and always checks if anything could affect my breathing. Her attention to detail is wonderful, as she understands the small adjustments needed to accommodate my health needs while providing her services. The entire team is professional, courteous, and always on time. From my very first booking to my current monthly maintenance cleanings, everything has been seamless. It was sooo amazing. We were shocked. I thought our house was pretty clean but when we got home our home sparkled! I told friends that they cleaned things that I didn’t know were dirty. Even with our scheduling needs, the team was professional and upfront about their timelines and what they would accomplish.

The cleaning was incredibly thorough. They presented a checklist of every single item they cleaned, and Rachel McGee stayed for over nine hours to ensure everything was perfect. She is a true expert, clearly passionate about her craft, and knew everyone in town to provide us referrals to a furniture store and HVAC specialist. As a younger couple and first-time homebuyers, we actually learned a lot about how to take care of our new house!

After previously being scammed by a different fraudulent cleaning company, this was an incredible relief; the contrast was night and day. The price was very reasonable, and we will definitely work with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

For any looking to hire this service you may want to think twice. Very little communication almost always late and sometimes would not show up at all. The quality of cleaning was sporadic at best. We are not ones to wish ill of people or their company but there are better cleaning services out there.

My house looks so amazing, I would totally have them come do a deep clean every month. Just amazing how good they do. I highly recommend them.

We just had our first cleaning this week, and our house looks and smells amazing. Melissa and Jess did such a great job. Great attention to detail and incredibly friendly! Our hardwood floors look perfect, every surface was dusted, and appliances were so clean. And the BATHTUB!! Worth every penny!!
