All About You was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I called before business hours and received a callback immediately. They were able to get me scheduled the same day, and my furnace was replaced within just a couple of days.

Chris and Wyatt were incredibly kind, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after the installation. They were honest, fair with pricing, and took the time to give me different options that worked for our situation.

We had a great experience with All About You Plumbing And Heating. Our furnace went out unexpectedly, and they were able to come out very quickly to give us a quote and had us scheduled for replacement within 48 hours. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. The techs were extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Obviously needing a new furnace isn’t ideal, but they made it about the best experience you could ask for. 10/10 Highly recommend!

The ol' if I could give them zero stars I would applies here. During the hottest days in July my AC went down. 911 was able to come out the quickest. They sent a technician on Wed. We thought he was coming back that day with the parts he went to get. Called them back and made an appointment for that Friday at 11. Waited all day, by 4:30, no one. On Monday the owner came out with a different technician. They put on the parts they brought. I paid the owner $1,030, and he left his technician to start it back up. The technician finally tells me it's my compressor, and he wasn't sure what I should do because he wasn't an AC technician and that the AC technician quit on that Friday. I called 911 Plumbing and said, what am I supposed to do? They told me I needed to call another HVAC company. I was furious. They said they'd only send me $400 back. So I paid $630 for them to not fix anything and tell me to call someone that could do the job. WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS?

I had a main line blockage, and after making calls to all of the area plumbers, to be told the earliest a technician could see me was Tuesday, with some companies having no availability for two weeks. Not only did they squeeze me in on Monday, their technician called to see if he could come three hours early.

Technicians were very polite, professionalknowledgeable and up front on their pricing. Excellent service, I would recommend to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This company is run by absolutely greedy and despicable people.

I called to have a technician come check out a problem with my water heater, which turned out to be the pilot light being out. The 2 that showed up were great! Nice guys, came in and relit and that was it, MAYBE 5 minutes! When they were done and I tried to pay, they didn't even let me pay because it was so quick.

Apparently I received a bill in the mail weeks later while I was deployed, for ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS, for 5 minutes of work. I should've gotten into the plumbing business, that's $2100 per HOUR, I didn't know these guys were doctors! I was prepared to pay a reasonable price for 911's services but this is ridiculous. And since I didn't see this bill as I was away from home, they even charged interest!

Anyways, when I hopped on the phone to ask about this typo in their invoice, the customer service was EXTREMELY rude, getting attitude and cutting me off mid-sentence to threaten me with sending my absurd bill to collections and putting a lien on my property. I guess they can send you a bill even when you never signed a contract! (Once again I might be getting into this biz)

I'll be telling all my friends, peers, associates, and clients to steer clear of 911 Plumbing and consider a more honest company like Kindred!

And now the owner is going to reply to me below, REFUSE ALL RESPONSIBILITY and try to say this is my fault! Watch out for this company people!

Great experience with this company! I contacted them regarding a irrigation line that was broken and needed major repair. Everyone, from the office manager to the senior tech that came out to assess the repairs, was a real pleasure to work with. They gave me a timeframe, brought out the needed equipment for digging, and fixed the issue. The owner even climbed down into the hole to assist the team and install some of the heavy duty fittings. Thanks everyone! We will be using your service again!

Blake helped us with clearing out roots from our pipes, service was great and fast.

911 was sent out by my insurance company after another local company came out on two occasions and could not fix the issue. I explained what was going on to Andrew and how the others failed to fix the problem. He explained what he was going to start with and explained every step along the way. He continued to test the pipe and eventually found the issue in a branch line. He took extra time to test his work and make certain everything with working properly before leaving. Very good experience especially after the others.

Friendly, professional, and on-time service. They answered all my questions and helped resolve my issue. Would definitely use them again.

We called at 8am. They got here at ten and we're done by noon. Great work, no mess. Great price! Thank you Blake and Andrew!
