If you don’t have an account with them they will NOT return a product! I purchased splice kits that I did not use, did not open and had a receipt for. They said they told me they wouldn’t take them back, but they did not. They do not want to deal with walk-in customers

I had a rotted service pole. JR replaced it with a metal pole mounted on a building and upgraded things.

JR was very responsive and did a great job of explaining things and what he was doing. Highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs!

Master electrician JR works miracles. He came to our remote cabin site to fix a nagging problem that two other Helena electricians couldn't. He is reliable, personable, experienced, and smart. He'll be our "go-to" person for decades to come.

I initially wrote a negative review because I felt the technician they sent, Bill, was belligerent and had poor communication skills. He also arrived late. His response to my review was to send a page-long, handwritten letter to my home, berating me for the review. It was unsettling, to say the least, and I felt it was highly unprofessional. When I spoke to an owner of Eagle Electric, she felt Bill had done nothing wrong. For future jobs I will choose a company that expects more from their technicians, and recommend you do the same.

Chose Eagle based on the great reviews and they ARE great! Jason was the electrician that did some work at our home and he is fast! Chris at the office is very friendly and knowledgable! We have more work for Eagle and will definitely be using them again!

I have worked directly with the owners for many small & large remodel jobs in the past 13 years in helena. Everything is scheduled to the moment, including a call from Bill letting me know he is on his way. I am comfortable letting them be in the house if I have to leave, and they make sure my doors are closed & locked if needed. All work is top notch from rewiring, climbing in the attic of my 1950 house to assembling and installing a chandelier. Always the best work & a strong relationship built over the years! EAGLE ELECTRIC is the only electricians I will use because I already know I get the best service! Thank you Brandt's & Bill...

They replaced a bathroom fan at my house, they did an amazing job and very fast. Definitely will be using them again in the future.

The power breaker has been popping randomly in my daughter downstairs bathroom and in the kitchen that controls the fridge. They are GFCI breakers. All Eagle electric did was come out and say "these things are finnicky" then send me a 90$ bill. I had to call and proclaim I was not paying this. Definitely do not recommend. There was no testing done to actually see what was causing my breakers to trip, as a homeowner, this company should be ashamed of itself.

I have used Eagle Electric twice both times the gentleman was on time and very professional. He fixed my problems quickly and even did extra jobs that until he came I had forgotten about. The bill each time has been very reasonable.

I highly recommend this outfit for you electrical needs. Kevin is very knowledgeable and did a great job with distinguishing the best direction to take with our project, he coordinated with NorthWest Energy, and worked with our schedule. Bill the Electrical did great as well, He was polite, respectful, and a skilled electrician. Prices are fair and competitive! All the these five stars are well deserved. Thanks Eagle Electric!

Thank you Eagle Electric! My grandmother needed a dimmer installed on a chandelier. The technician showed up on time, got the work done quickly, and cleaned up when he was done. My grandmother was very pleased. Thanks again. Highly recommended!

Bryan was very punctual and did a great job installing the ceiling fan and repairing the outlets. The response to my call for an electrician was responded to instantly. Will recommend them to all my friends.

Always friendly and quick service. Brian and Bryan are both amazing! Had new breaker boxes installed in 3 units, along with various small jobs. Will make them my first call for any electrician needs. So grateful for their work.

04/18/23: I recently engaged the services of Integrity Electrical of Helena, MT. I was very, very pleased with the quality and accommodativeness of Anthony, Gunner and Bryon. Before starting, they listened to my concerns and addressed my questions. They were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. In person, they lived up to their name "Integrity Electric". I definitely would use their services again.
10/02/23: Anthony and Gunner just returned this morning to complete the "trim-out" portion of the electricity installation in my basement. They did an EXCELLENT "trim-out" job. I cannot recommend them more highly. They were friendly, helpful, and understanding of delays that I encountered. I don't think I could have found a better electrical firm to install the electricity in my basement, and they completed it at the most affordable price that I found in Helena, MT. If I ever have any other electrical issues, Integrity Electrical is who I will contact.

Integrity Electric roughed in all electrical work to our new detached garage. The electrician, Anthony, was very professional and courteous. The work was performed promptly, we were advised ahead of his arrival, and the installation passed inspection without any issues. We thought the cost was reasonable, especially with the recent rising cost in all construction trades.

Jake came out from Integrity Electric, work tirelessly replacing my 25 year old breaker box on my mobile home.Sweet guy! Very professional! Loved him!!

So far so good. They have not done any work for me yet. The rating is because they returned my initial call within an hour. That is awesome just in itself. After they do some work for me I will update the rating.

Jake came out and installed a dedicated hot tub circuit and then on another day did some other electrical work for me. All in all he is very professional and does great work.

The next day I got a call from them. It seems I was overcharged for labor and they are sending me a refund. This fits well with their name, Integrity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called and left message about issues with ceiling fan. Brian said he would have someone call to set up appointment. Jake called about hour later and was at house same day and
ceiling fan and light fixed.

Thanks to Brian and Jake for such great service and turn around time! Not very often you can get this type of customer service these days! Would highly recommend Integrity Electrical!
