The first group said it would be a very large/expensive job and would include replacing most of our coolant line. Storm presented a solution which got our system up and running that day. I called to get an estimate to install a split AC unit and after further discussion I was informed an estimate would be included for both a split AC unit and also for a new install for central air. I know I will be getting one or the other I just don’t’t know which one. Peder who came to look at my house was very courteous and professional and was in and out in no time and he was here within 30 minutes from the time I initially made my call I am very pleased with the service to date. And I first called Kent who has done work for mom in the past and he provided the office phone # and said Kari? (The gal who works in the office would take care of my needs. And she did, she called Peder then called me bank informed me that he was in Cutbank and would be stopping by my mother’s house next. Next thing I know he was here. Great service and customer awareness.

The workmanship is top notch. When they replaced our furnace inducer motor, they noticed the heat sensor was dirty and cleaned it without us even asking, which really shows their attention to detail. Brayden, the technician who handled the repair, was personable, thorough, and immediately understood what the issue was, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

They also recommended and installed a high quality gas heater in our garage. They took the time to run and install the gas lines, explained any issues they ran into and just did a bang up job with the install in general.

Great experience. Received email notifications throughout the whole process. The owner himself installed the unit and was very professional. A service technician came later to make adjustments to the new furnace and was also very professional and friendly. I would recommend. As a retired Military Veteran, I know bad customer service and will not tolerate bad service. I had estimates from 2 other companies and one of the companies took some photos and measurements and was gone in 5 minutes. That company did not explain anything. Superior took the time to explain different options available. Their name says it all Superior.

During their busiest season I had two fixes on an aging heating system. Next day service on the first call and within a week on the second—totally reasonable for a non-crisis situation in October! Service was excellent, courteous, and fairly priced—as always. Thanks, Superior!

They replaced our boiler and gas water heater with a new Alta High Efficiency boiler and Hot water on demand. I love it! They also did massive plumbing for us to get rid of the spider web of pipes, and bring our plumbing up to code. (At our request) their work was superior. The job took 3 days and they keep everything picked up and cleaned each day. They were very professional and their customer service was friendly. They listened to what we wanted, and made it happen! I would refer them to all my friends and family.

Superior Heating in Helena, MT is the best! We have had some issues with the original brand of a boiler/tankless water heater. They 100% made it right again and installed a brand new one for us. They stand by their products and service, and their prices are reasonable.
