Incompetent From management and supervisors they tend blame one another for errors they hardly ever answer phone calls bad reviews sound about right

Only did half of the contracted work and then had the nerve to bill us for the full price without finishing. Will never work with them again.

Previously requested quote for lawn maintenance - never received. Left messages regarding landscape project - calls not returned. Poor customer service experience for two consecutive seasons.

I don't know if I've ever dealt with a more incompetent business. From the owner to the employees, no one seems to know how to do things correctly and in compliance with the contract we have with them. From mowing the lawn to plowing snow, they literally find a way to do the bare minimum and have no problem doing low quality work. Our lawn has died many times, they didn't trim bushes when needed, laid sod that was haphazardly patched together and parts died within 2 months of being put down, sprinklers were not placed or cared for properly, they show up whenever (when it snows and it effects our customers ability to come and go, they will show up anytime that day with no notice or warning and do a terrible job and we've waited so long that we almost had to call another company) to plow snow and 90% of the time don't remove the snow from sidewalks as they are paid to do. They have damaged our property and not cared, showed up to mow and do very loud work when we specifically said don't come between certain hours. The list goes on and on. They never really try to do better, either. I've heard from others in town that they've messed up landscaping jobs that they charged $20k or more for. I get that it may be hard to hire and train new employees often, but regardless, this all falls on the owner . I just have not seen that level of carelessness and blatant disregard for what their job is in any other company I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the waste of money and additional stress and choose another company.

We had a wonderful experience with Korpi Lawn and Landscape. From the initial meetings to nail down the design, to the installation, communication was easy. Korpi was very responsive, and if something wasn't quite to our satisfaction, they were very quick to make it right. We really appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness. Thank you!!

Broke my windshield on my car from rock off their truck. Truck was equipped with a rollover tarp to prevent this but it wasn’t used. Called several times and got the run around and then was told “this is their busy season and the person in charge will call me back in a few months”.

High Country Lawn and Landscape took over my lawn care after this past season. Tate is wonderful to work with; very professional, easy going, good work with a reasonable fee. Overall, great value and highly recommend!

Tate is incredible. My vehicle got stuck in the snow, and he went out of his way taking time and energy to help me get it out in negative degree weather. With such a great person involved, I know his company must be amazing to work with. THANK YOU!

Tate has been awesome. My wife and I , being in a pinch, needed someone to do some landscaping around our house due to putting the house on the market to sell. We found Tate and he by far did not disappoint!! He right away got us scheduled which was within days, not weeks or months. He got out to our house and got done what we wanted and looked awesome!! Unfortunately, not being in town at the time, we had some other items that needed attention that I couldn’t do so we asked Tate and he stepped up and said he could take care of them as well. He is a Jack of all trades, and does it well!! We now have him on speed dial due to that we know and trust the work he does. This is hard to say in this day and age!! My wife and I 100% would refer him to family and friends!! Thank You Tate, Definitely appreciate you!!

406 is entirely efficient, experienced, and have a variety of products that meet our needs-Tim and staff have really improved the lawn's appearance in the past 2-3 years. Kenny Wilson is very professional, knowledgeable about horticultural plants and weed control, and he works hard and efficiently. They are a pleasure to have around!
