Hired this place to install new plumbing lines, install toilets, showers, etc & install a water softener during a remodel. They flooded the house TWICE due to botched work by MT city plumbing. The first time was because they didn’t hook up the softener right and that caused our basement to flood. 3 weeks later, our upstairs flooded and the basement AGAIN. This was due to incorrectly installing a water line to a toilet. When we brought the first flood to their attention and asked for insurance info to file a claim, they accused us of trying to benefit from them? Wow really? We had thousands of dollars worth of personal items r destroyed and all the flooring and drywall we had just finished installing had to be torn up. Then to have it flood again 3 weeks later is not okay. This “business” is NEVER a place I would recommend to anyone. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

Professional, timely and reliable! I appreciate working with these guys and we will continue to do as much business as we can with them.

I've used these guys for several projects/repairs both inside and outside the home. Have had nothing but great things to say about the entire process. Communication has been great, prices are fair. I am always able to either get someone on the phone or have someone get back to me right away. From the front office to the guys on the end of the shovels, they've been great to us.

Doesn't have much respect for people pulling horse trailers! Hope his work is better then his driving! Cut in front of me fully loaded! Thought it was funny! Never apologized!

Ryan and his crew were great guys to work with , they done all the dirt work and heated floors and plumbing thru out the new home we’re rebuilding after the fire... professional , good at what they do ,and fast!! There when they say they will.. need a Plummer or dirt work Werners the company.... cool guys too.

This is the second time a Werner plumber has been to our home to address a plumbing issue. They’re the best plumbers in Helena. Timely and competent work on both occasions. Thanks again!

I was amazed at how quickly Ryan Werner
and his crew did a large job in one day that other companies said couldn't be done in frozen ground or would take several days...but not until the temperature warmed. Ryan learned our water line ruptured, he stressed the job needed to be done before the temp. dropped anymore. He had 2 excavators and other equipment out the next day, they dug a 100 yd. trench, laid a new water line, a new power line, backfilled it and hooked all up and we had a good supply of water by that afternoon! They will always take care of any more plumbing needs we ever have. They have a very skilled and professional team.

When no other plumbers were available Werner put us on a wait-list and as soon as they had a plumber available they send him right over. Good communication, nice office staff, good looking work with good mop up afterwards.

The guys at Werner are great. Super responsive and I had someone at my house less than 24 hrs after one phone call. (It wasn’t an urgent call so that was a quick turnaround!)

Want to give a great big thanks to David at Werner Plumbing and Heating. We had a problem in a new build that is now 2 years old and out of warranty. He came out to track down the issue. Found it was not a plumbing problem after all, but he stayed and called another tradesman who came in and fixed the issue. Above and beyond great customer service.

Shouting out to the Werner Plumbing & Heating inc!!! They saved us. They were so polite, nice and proactive on the phone and sent two awesome workers immediately to our house on Friday afternoon!!! I mean, common, I called 10 plumbing companies before I found out about this one and they all were booked for weeks or refused to help on Friday. But not Werner!!!! They came so quickly, they worked to professionally and diligently!!!! They installed our heater what gave us water back and hot water again!!!! Friday afternoon!!!! We thought we'd stay without water for days. Thank you, thank you so much!!!!!! I give you 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The owner called and we discussed the situation and he corrected it. I changed my review to a 5 star because he cared and made things right.

They had to come out twice to fix my outside faucet. The first time , Jeremy thought It was my water hose leaking. I called them back and sent a video that it was still leaking. They sent Jeremy back out and he had to replace the faucet. I was charged 435.00 dollars for a 45 min job. They charged me 225.00 an hour plus 75.00 for gas plus cost of the faucet. When I called I should had been told since I live out of Helena there will be a separate charge for gas. I have learned my lesson. Always ask up front how much an hour and will there be any other charges besides the parts.

Twice I have had to use 3 Brothers for issues involving my boiler at my rental. Each time the service was outstanding and the issue identified and corrected.
Talking with Rob on the phone was very easy and professional. He listened to my concerns and gave helpful insight.
I will use them again in the future

Three Brothers’ Plumbing and helped us tremendously when our boiler mate stopped working. They did the research in helping find an exact replica of our boiler mate, installing the new item, and keeping us informed along the way. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We are grateful to them for helping to fix a difficult situation.

We had a leak in an old and large cast iron pipe that runs through the center of our house. It was quite the project with lots of moving parts and the crew at Three Brothers did AMAZING work! Different services were all coordinated on their end, communication was impeccable, customer service was excellent, and each professional went above and beyond to make sure that our complicated issue was well-addressed before Thanksgiving. A big shoutout to Brandon for his kindness, interpersonal skills, and determination! Another big thanks to Jordan Cobb and his generosity!

This crew is top notch and they will be the only plumbing company I call. Whenever there’s a problem with my elderly parents house, they come and fix it right away. We’ve called them a few times over the years and they’ve always been professional and their work is top notch. Their prices are also reasonable! I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service!

We had a leak on a Friday evening and 3 brothers was the only shop that would schedule us after hours (We called every one in town). Zach arrived on Saturday morning and made a quick fix and only billed us for the work done. We had them back out to uninstall and install our dishwasher, adding shutoffs and new piping where needed. Also gave an honest assessment of our water heater, which made us feel confident they weren't trying to make a quick buck. Good experience overall.

I literally cried tears of joy when Tristian finished our heat pump installation. I felt so well taken care of by 3 brothers. Of course they were safe and clean and responsible, but also I had heard horror stories about poorly installed heat pumps and I just did not have to worry with 3 Brothers.

I live in an 1887 house which had a steam boiler that literally boiled water to get steam into radiators. It was SO inefficient our bills were often above $500 a month in winter. I got quotes from 4 places around town and didn't hesitate to go with 3 Brothers because even though we have an old house they were solution-oriented the whole way through the process and found unique places to put ducts and make sure we were going to be comfortable with our new system.

Pics in this review show the right size of ducts, the duct sealing, the basement vents to keep the basement warm, the really clean connections from the outdoor heat pump to our house and the backup furnace and make up air.

I have already recommended 3 Brothers to all my friends and family, they really know what they are doing!

(P.s. I also used them a few years ago for a plumbing and shower install and they did great with that as well so I added that to the Google review checklist :))

Workmanship is disappointing. They refused to provide a parts and labor break-down even after completing an in-home inspection. Company was sold to new owner’s about one year ago so don’t assume you’re using the old 3 Brothers if you’re a repeat customer.
