Jon and his crew at Speed Drain and Piping Rehab out of Albion, NE are amazing! We’ve had numerous plumbers do work for us around the Columbus, NE area and have been very unimpressed. Jon at Speed Drain stood out from the crowd and went above and beyond our expectations. They did an amazing job replacing cast iron lines in our old home and performed a very thorough examination of our sewer line. We were impressed by their use of technology and attention to detail! They were friendly, clean, prompt, and their prices were great! They will have our business from now on!!

I have great relationships with a lot of contractors in the surrounding area and I hold Jon Porter in high regard. My wife and I had just brought home our newborn daughter from the hospital and our main line had backed up. This was a Friday night back in January and he was at my house from Albion on Saturday by 9 am. Super organized, professional and fast! He fished a camera down the main sewer line and fixed the problem. He then gave me a few permanent solutions to think about down the road. The technology that these guys have is pretty pretty remarkable. Just hearing Jon talk about Speed Drain and what they do over the last couple of years in my line of work and then needing his services was genuinely a nice experience. I highly recommend Speed Services! I needed a toilet, sink and water heater installed in my greenhouse business. Jon and his crew came right away and did a fantastic job! They were very professional, were not a distraction to my customers and had the job done in no time. The whole team is very personable, right down to the office manager!

When I was struck with a water heater emergency, Joann and Jon let me know that they had inventory on hand and, because of the nature of the issue, it would be resolved the same day. Reliable, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! We called Speed Services with a shower issue and were thrilled with the timeliness (a nearly immediate visit after hours) and all-around amazing service. We were also so impressed with their knowledge/expertise and appreciated how patient, thorough, and personable Jon was in answering our questions and offering guidance.

We had a clogged kitchen sink going into the weekend. Jon was able to come out the same day I called and had it fixed in no time. My inquisitive children wanted to be in on the action, and Jon was happy to let them watch and even “help” hold the flashlight and tighten the pipe fittings once he was done. We don’t wear shoes in our home, so I loved that Jon put on shoe covers as soon as he walked in, without me asking! I also appreciated the text notification with his ETA. Worst company ever water heater started leaking after 2 days of installation don’t use this company no warranty whatsoever beware of this plumbing company they still want to charge me money after I paid the full price

Called Halbergs because my dishwasher stopped working and it’s too new to be broke. Wasn’t fuses so he came out looked and was able to fix it in 30 minutes. Saved me $1300 for a new dishwasher as mines made in Sweden due to countertop height. What a blessing! I will use him again.
