Poor customer service, very disappointing and frustrating for a locally owned company! I talked with this company on April 16 th, the gentleman was going to come by on the following Friday April 18th , as his kids went to daycare right around the corner from our house.
Never showed up, my husband called and the gentleman told him what is in the text messages below. Then I text as I could not get and answer and I left messages on the voicemail. For this being a locally owned company, I would expect better . So here we go , I am sharing this with the world so they don’t get the same poor customer service as we did. Corbin never told me in the phone that they didn’t do cropping as it was against their policy. He is the one that told me it was called insurance cropping. Even if that is true than why could he not give a bid for what they could help us with , like the other companies. Example the one from palmyra did that. Still poor customer service at the end of the day, that’s how us local customers go other places and not stay local, really sad!

S&S Tree Servise did an amazing job on a large elm tree in a very tricky location. They took the tree down flawlessly. I was extremely impressed with service and quality of work. They have a top-notch crew.

Korbin does amazing full service removal. I have used them several times. He has a very strict safety-first operation. Always has left completely cleaned yard with no mess. Korbin and his crew are the best around! They removed a tree for us in a very tight space and did an outstanding job from start to finish.
