Love Lammel. Switched to them last year, and they’ve been nothing but excellent. Highly recommend.

They had the hard to find fitting I needed when no other place did. And I called over ten places. Had to drive over an hour to get here but it was well worth it

I had left my outside hose hooked up this winter, and the pipe burst. The kitchen faucet, and shower faucet had to be replaced also. They replaced these three things, at a reasonable price, and under 45 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Lammel Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Disappointing. Being told they guarantee their work and coming back the second time but charging us as if the second time was the first is not guaranteeing anything. It certainly wasn't our fault that the first guys didn't do their job. Plain and simple, we were charged for what made them the most money and it is an unfair business practice.

Lammel Plumbing has come to our rescue twice in the last couple of months with our plumbing problems! Promptly came out and fixed our issues. Very professional and courteous guys. Really appreciate them!

Told us they would be here Tuesday, didn't show up until Wednesday. Went to lunch but never came back. Said they would be here Thursday, didnt show up until Friday afternoon. When they left they said everything was done and good to go. The water was left off so husband turned on and in middle of night person in basement woke us say her ceiling was falling in due to water. Also had water damage on main floor. When I called Todd he said we were in the wrong because we turned water on. I could go on and on but don't have enough room. Will never go back. We also had them install water line for new laundry room on main floor. Installed it on wrong wall and when Todd came to check it out he was very rude and said we must have told them wrong wall. I said south wall next to electric outlet for washer/dryer. They put it on north wall where there was no electric outlet.

Service was great, but the office help was terrible.

They could not answer questions, no one had consistent answers and the still required a down payment of $900, even though we had an account and used the services before. Really poor hometown service, very disappointing.

Charged $95 in advance, no big deal, but then charged $95 again in addition to the service bill. Came 4 times, 1st diagnostic visit 10 minutes, 2nd visit 5 minutes a week later to find out wrong part ordered, 3rd visit 5 minutes another week later wrong part ordered again, 4th visit 10 minutes a week and half later to install a bathroom sink faucet I bought on Amazon. Spent more time playing with my dogs than he spent actually working. $241 plus $100 for my faucet purchase. Likely won't use these guys again.

My experience with Lammel Plumbing

09/14/17 – Called and gave them info on the situation (needed a new line ran from the main water line to the house by 09/22/17) – he said he would talk with co-worker and they would call me back this morning.
09/14/17 – Called me back and said they had previously looked at this – would give me a call later today.
09/14/17 – Called me back around 3 or 4 pm – worked with my dad to take a look at the place – quoted price for the job and said should be next week.
09/20/17 – Called to check on situation. They called me back and said the borer was waiting on a part – they were going to try very hard to get everything done by Friday night, but said worst case scenario I’d have running water by Saturday.
09/22/17 – Called me back to inform me part wouldn’t be in until Friday night so they would be out first thing Saturday Morning to get things working.
09/23/17 – They got the new line ran and I had working water. They also got 2 new toilets installed for me on the same day.

I gave them just over a week of notice for a big job and they were able to come out right away and get things resolved. at a price less than what another plumber that had put me in this bad situation had quoted.

10/13/17 – Called to see what they could do for me with water coming up out of the main drain the basement (shower wasn’t draining properly, etc). They were able to come out before noon that day and snake my sewer line (got a lot of roots pulled out).

Will absolutely use again - they are fast and get the job done.

I don’t know what this kids problem was. But he was flipping me off. Going down the road. Very Unprofessional

We have used them twice and I have nothing but great things to say. Service, timeliness, quality. The guys that came out today were very professional. Even when my insurance was being difficult, they worked with us through the whole process. 100% recommend

The two guys who just put my garbage disposal in and fixed my kitchen sink did a wonderful job!! Thanks fellas! 100% would recommend this company!!

I used these guys back 2017 and they were extremely hardworking and professional. On a Friday after hours our toilet quit working. It was the only toilet in the house. The owner himself came out to fix it. I understood it was more money after hours but for a plumbing company to do that says a lot about their character and reputation. They also replaced a bathroom faucet. Great hardworking honest company.

I've only needed to contact Lammel once for a frozen pipe, but they quickly walked me through what to do over the phone to resolve the issue. No cost, no fuss, just stellar customer service. Will definitely be using them going forward!

Took tech longer then they said, Compressor went out due to manufacturer defect and then I get charged everything but the Compressor price
