These guys are great! Great work, on time, and great customer service! I’m a realtor so I’ve used them multiple times on multiple properties. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Lightning Restoration & Contracting LLC for their outstanding work on roofing, siding, and gutters. They’ve helped me with both my personal home and rental properties, and every time their service has been reliable, professional, and high quality. They communicate well with me and the insurance companies, show up when they say they will, and get the job done right! If you’re looking for a trustworthy company to handle exterior work, they’re a solid choice.

As a contractor who does high end client remodels as well as full home renovations. We have used LRC as a sub contractor on multiple trades (drywall, paint, framing, exterior repairs, etc). Yair and his team operate in a very professional manner and their work is always high quality. They are very knowledgeable and reliable. In our experience, their pricing has always been fair as well, we never felt as if we were taken advantage of or price gauged. Our remodel clients have given us glowing reviews of the work LRC performed for us. We have really enjoyed partnering with LRC and highly recommend them as a contractor.

I am so happy with how my cabinets & wood trim look now that they are painted white.3 brothers did such a good job. The painting is excellent. The painters are very professional & friendly. Price is very affordable. I’ve already referred them to others. I’m so pleased I chose them to paint for them. No regrets. Will definitely use again!

The best customer service, work quality, and price that I was able to find. Lightning Restoration and Contracting came to do some roof and gutter work to my residence. Literally everyone that came to work at my residence was extremely professional with the work at hand. They make sure the work gets done right and have no trouble fixing new issues as they come up. Very easy to communicate with. Will definitely always refer them to anyone looking for any sort of construction work.

We’ve used Frank - Lightning Restoration & Contracting LLC three times now—once for painting our entire interior, once for some repair work, and once for exterior painting and repairs at my in-laws’ home. Frank and his team do excellent work, are highly professional, and are a great resource for both repairs and advice. We will continue to use LRC and highly recommend them.

Very professional and prompt responses. I did not have to worry about anything beings Lightning Restoration managed and handled everything that needed to get done for our full home remodel. 100% recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Painting & Roofing Service!

I recently hired LRC for both painting and roofing work, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional.

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail. The painting job they did transformed my home—crisp, clean lines and a flawless finish. They used high-quality materials that really made a difference in the final look.

As for the roofing, they inspected everything thoroughly and gave me honest feedback on what needed to be fixed. The repairs were done quickly and with care, and I’m confident my roof will last for years to come.

If you’re looking for reliable, skilled professionals for both painting and roofing, I highly recommend LRC (LIGHTING RESTORATION AND CONTRACTING). Great service, fair pricing, and a top-notch job!
