We hired Dan and his team to clean our house for our moving out inspection. We had already went around the house and did a pretty good job cleaning it so that there wasn't much left to clean. Dan came and did an estimate for us. All together it was $700 to clean the inside of our duplex and some of the exterior (not including any of the yard work which he was going to charge $300 for). I was expecting way lower as the house was mostly already clean and we weren't getting our carpets done. Also we were charged for the number of hours that Dan estimated they would spend working on our house. We scheduled them to come july 8-11. Dan told us that they would come and clean the inside on monday and Tuesday and then the outside on Wednesday or Thursday. We had to be completely moved out of the house by Monday morning so that they could work. Monday came and passed and no one came. Then on Tuesday no one showed up in the morning so eventually we called them on tuesday afternoon asking if they were still planning on cleaning our house. He said yes and finally people had come on wednesday. It was frustrating because we had to pay to stay at a hotel the days they were cleaning which was from monday to thursday however since they didnt come until Wednesday we paid for hotel fees that weren't necessary. But since we were under the impression that they would begin working on monday we had to pay for 4 hotel nights rather than just the 2. When we returned to our house for the final inspection the house was clean but not as clean as I would have imagined it being for $700. It's also frustrating that we were overcharged and paid for many more hours than it actually took them to clean. If you're going to charge per hour based on an estimate then the actual time cleaning the house should be roughly around that amount of hours otherwise we should've been refunded for the overestimate. Overall I would look for a different company to clean your house.

Daniel came to our house and for extremely good price cleaned our basement carpet and stairs and exceeded our expectations on areas that we didn't think could be cleaned. Made 11 year old carpet look brand new. Very highly recommend.

Inspection ready cleaned my apartment carpet today! They took 4 hours to clean my carpet. They vacuumed the entire apartment, pre-treated and used boiling hot water with a special carpet scrubber, cleaned certain spots by hand. The apartment smells fresh like citrus! I had my apartment carpet cleaned once by a company hired by the complex and Inspection ready took out stains that the other company couldn't fix! 95% or more of my stains are gone and I am extremely happy. I highly recommend Inspection ready for the next time you need your carpets cleaned!

When I first moved here, my rental place was suppose to be clean and ready to go for moving in... but it wasn't. With starting a new job, I didn't have hours to spare spending on cleaning. It was pretty overwhelming. Living in a clean environment is important to me... so knew I needed to resolve the situation quickly before my moving truck arrived. Dan didn't hesitate to help. He was so awesome! He came over short notice, did a quick assessment, and gave a very reasonably priced quote for the unique situation at hand. He not only did a high quality job with cleaning, but was also very professional, personable, caring, and easy to work with. All things I very much appreciated.

Dan is the guy for the job! He and his team came in late at night to get the water out of my apartment and saw the job through to the end, which was a several day process! Super professional, respectful and an amazing work ethic! I will always recommend.

Haven't had my carpet cleaned by Dan, however I had a wonderful experience with providing them with an electrical service and electrical troubleshooting for their kitchen lighting.

We had sewage back up into my basement back in October. I called Dan, and he came out within the hour, extracted the sewage, tore out the soaked carpet, and cleaned the floors. I was thrilled! I thought the house was going to smell like sewage for weeks, but he had it smelling better than it did before he came! He also helped me work with my insurance to get everything paid for. I would never call anyone else!
