Kimball returned my call promptly and came out to give a bid the same day. I had a tree fall over in my yard and needed it hauled away. Craig was able to come out the next day, and he arrived on time. He was respectful of my lawn by limiting the vehicle movements on it. He removed the trunk and branches, and raked up the remaining smaller bits and hauled it all away for a competitive price. He gave me the option to add on stump removal service.

Craig and his crew took down a very big oak tree that was too close to the house and interfered with a remodeling project I had going. Craigs response time from estimate to actually cutting the tree was quicker than other bids I had gotten. He knows his business and I think any work he does for his customers is done quickly, safely and professionally. I was very happy with his work and would recommend to others.

Kimball tree service did a great job on removing an ash tree in my yard. He was courteous and polite. They showed up on time and his crew took care of the tree quick and professionally. I felt they were very reasonable in pricing and overall had a great experience working with him

Craig and his team did a wonderful job! They took down two large trees and stump removal that we had in our front yard. One was a maple and the other was a pine. Very fast and efficient! Craig was very nice, friendly and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend them.

Craig was very friendly and easy to work with. I had couple large branches hanging in tree in front yard “widow makers “and needed them removed.His crew arrived when they said they would and really cleaned up the tree.Everyone was very polite and yard was cleaned up nice.

Every time I go outside, I can’t believe how great my yard looks! Craig and his team did a great job! They kept me informed during the job by sending me pictures of the progress. I have attached some before and after pictures to the post. Outdoor work can always be hindered by the weather. Before the scheduled job, Craig kept tabs on that too. The team was punctual and made sure that my yard was cleaned up well afterwards. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Kimball Tree Service is great! Craig kept in contact with me to coordinate when to do the estimate and the service. The guys he had working with him are awesome and were professional and friendly. They worked fast on taking down a large tree and stump grinding. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Did a great job three years ago. Called and got a qoute said he would have the work done in three weeks. Followed up in three weeks and said two more weeks. Never showed, sent another followup and won’t reply. At this point I don’t care if he ever shows up but don’t string along a client. He could have said that he didn’t want to do the job and I would have got someone else to do the work six weeks ago. Highly unprofessional work standard.

He sent a crew over to remove a tree. They did not clean up their mess. They broke my fence and left their empty soda cans in my yard. We called and tried to get them to come back out and clean up after themselves and they utterly ignored us. We paid entirely to much money for them to leave my yard and fence in such poor condition! Avoid!
