Chris is a great guy and does excellent work at a very reasonable price. He very responsive as well. I wont call anyone else for Heating and air conditioning needs.

I recently used Keats Heating and Cooling with My A/C unit. We had absolutely no running A/C and we were calling seems like dozens of other Heating and Cooling business. We kept getting the same answer "we can be out in two or three days"! I have 4 children one 8 months old, this was not an option. Finally found Keats Heating and Cooling. Not only did Chris agree to come to look at it but literally dropped everything he was doing and came directly to our home. He had us up and running within 2 hours of calling him. The pricing was great. The service even better. We have decided to hire Keats Heating and Cooling to install a whole new unit next spring. Amazing Company, amazing service, great quality work. I am for sure a lifetime customer!

Excellent service. I called them to get whole house humidifier installed. I could get an appointment fast. Chris showed up by the exact appointment time. He is such a wonderful person. Explained well how everything works. Very courteous. Reasonable pricing and super fast. I highly recommend Keats heating and cooling.

Chris was amazing, very friendly and talked us through everything he was doing. He worked extremely quick and was very friendly. The service was great and our problem was solved within an hour! We highly recommend and we will go with Keats Heating and Cooling again!

We knew when Chris came to give us an estimate, Keats was the company we wanted to work with to install our new HVAC system. He was straight forward, explained things in language we understood, and didn’t try to sell us on a system beyond what we needed! Jennifer & Chris are SUPER responsive and work hard to meet the needs of their customers. We've used Keats for a couple of years for routine system checks and maintenance. Chris recommends what's needed to keep the system in optimal shape without up-selling. Recently we decided that a new system was required for our home. Keats recommended the right sized system and a fair price AND installed the system with a few days. Chris worked well into the evening to ensure the new system was installed and optimized. He left the work area cleaner that when he started! I highly recommend this small, locally owned HVAC company. If there was 6 stars they'd deserve them!

Chris was at our door less than 15 minutes after I called about a AC check up. An hour later, we were chatting in my already cooling kitchen.

Chris came out on such short notice when our heater went out. I called and within minutes he was at our house. He laid out what all our options were and installed both an A/C and heater quickly. Definitely go with Keats over bigger companies if you want fast and quality work. We appreciate everything he did for us!

Keats came through once again! Our heat pump was ripped off the side of our house during the recent storms and couldn’t be salvaged. Chris came out the same day, assessed the situation, and got to work on replacing the unit. We are now back up and running because of the amazing customer service and high quality of the install Keats performed, they’re our go-to HVAC service provider!

I highly recommend this business. We actually had a different company come out the day before. We did not trust the tech so called Keats for another opinion. Good thing we did. The other company tried to hard sell a new furnace and said the expensive part was not under warranty. Keats was trustworthy. We ended up spending a small fraction of the amount. The part WAS under warranty. Keats literally saved us thousands of dollars. Plus he was very kind.
I just had Keats come out today for our AC. I still 100% recommend this company! They are so professional, trustworthy and responsive. I can't say enough positive things about this family owned business.

We had the best experience with Chris at Keats! He originally came for a 2nd opinion but it was apparent from the beginning that he had our best interest in mind to getting our AC back up and running. Beyond fair, honest and compassionate about what he does. We have and will be recommending him to anyone we know that has Heating and Cooling needs!

We discovered our A/C wasn’t working after the weather got hot this Spring—probably the worst time to need quick help with it. I made service appointments (and got replacement bids) from two companies: a very large franchise of a national company and Keats.
Keats was a better experience in every way.
Chris came over quickly to troubleshoot and was very thorough checking all aspects of our system. He explained everything he was seeing and talked me through every option to repair instead of replace.
When I did decide to fully replace the system, I felt confident it was an informed decision—which means a lot to me.
He even beat the large company’s price and timeframe for installation, and our new American Standard unit has been working great since.
Chris is a perfect example of local business beating the big guys: a single point of contact, outstanding customer service, and high-quality products & installation.
