This great crew of professionals care about their customers as people first and foremost. Their level of service, care, and quality is the best you will find in Omaha and beyond and I’d recommend them to any close friend, family member, loved one, or even the average Joe in need of service. Michael Bland came out for furnace maintenance and he was excellent! While here he noticed a few things that needed some work and he went above in his suggestions. I'm a first time home buyer and he treated me like family, pointing out issues not even all HVAC/furnace related and how they could be prioritized to prevent bigger issue.

Overall, of all the service pros that have come to my house since in bought it a few years ago, Comfort Advisors has been consistently excellent. Every technician is honest, explains what's going on, and makes recommendations that will really improve the comfort of my home without just selling me whatever they can.

I’ve dealt with my warranty company for many years, and it’s a relief to see them finally align with a contractor that actually performs to a professional standard. Comfort Advisors doesn’t cut corners or push the bare-minimum repairs. They provide real solutions and give homeowners actual choices, which is something you don’t see often in warranty work.

It’s disappointing to see a group of hardworking young professionals get attacked online by individuals who seem to misunderstand what quality service looks like. There’s a world of difference between “cheap” and “fair,” and some people simply don’t grasp that.

For my own home, I chose to upgrade my system and was pleased with the entire process. They completed: furnace upgrade, High-SEER air conditioner, WiFi thermostat, full duct cleaning, AeroSeal, UV light and filtration system, and a humidifier upgrade. Everything was explained thoroughly, with clear options and straightforward pricing. No games. No surprises.

A note to other warranty customers:
Comfort Advisors is a service company, not a discount outlet. These technicians are trained tradesmen who make their living by doing things correctly. If someone is expecting bargain-basement work, they need to look elsewhere. But if you want a reputable, accountable company showing up on your warranty calls, then respect the process. Unfounded complaints and negative comments don’t help anyone, and they certainly don’t reflect the actual quality of this company. Comfort Advisors has earned their good reputation. Those of us who appreciate solid workmanship can see that clearly.

Michael arrived at our home in Ashland in short order after an emergency call at the beginning of a snow storm. He worked for several hours to reconnect the duct work to our to vents in our Kitchen inside a very cramped crawl space. He was very professional, informative and friendly!

Highly recommend! Chris, the owner and service guy, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He came out at short notice and gave straightforward answers when he could have tried to get me to spend more money. He was open in communication. His staff were also friendly and helpful. Its nice to work with a down to earth, locally-owned small business. We will definitely call him for future HVAC needs.

Came out and trouble shot the initial problem quickly. During the check after, another problem was found, and options were discussed opposed to pushy sales pitch. We got our unit fixed the right way and at a reasonable price. We have found our HVAC guy from here on out. Exceptional all the way around.

Chris was here as quick as I said I thought something was wrong. It didn't take him long to diagnose the furnace issue, which lined up with what I had researched and thought it might be. He provided reasonable pricing for both options to resolve the issue. And didn't try to oversell me. The next day, he and Justin were in and out with my new furnace install. And Justin even shoveled my walkway out front. Nice guys, fantastic work, knowledgeable, thorough and quick. I recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs! Thanks again!!

My furnace was not kicking on... I called and Chris was over within the hour and was able to get it running. Cleaned the sensors and there is a part that needed to be ordered and ordered it the next day. Called me to let me know the part was in stock and wanted to schedule a time to come put it in before the cold weather really sets in. Very dependable, reliable, and professional. I recently used Keats Heating and Cooling with My A/C unit. We had absolutely no running A/C and we were calling seems like dozens of other Heating and Cooling business. We kept getting the same answer "we can be out in two or three days"! I have 4 children one 8 months old, this was not an option. Finally found Keats Heating and Cooling. Not only did Chris agree to come to look at it but literally dropped everything he was doing and came directly to our home. He had us up and running within 2 hours of calling him. The pricing was great. The service even better. We have decided to hire Keats Heating and Cooling to install a whole new unit next spring. Amazing Company, amazing service, great quality work. Excellent service. I called them to get whole house humidifier installed. I could get an appointment fast. Chris showed up by the exact appointment time. He is such a wonderful person.
