Had ANG do our biannual service for the first time... They discovered a wiring issue tied to our thermostat that was causing our AC to come on every time our furnace came on. The frustrating part is that this thermostat was installed over 5 years ago and we've had various companies come every Spring and Fall servicing the unit... Not one of the other companies ever caught the issue. If I could give ANG 10 stars I would. Awesome job!!

Fast response for service. Adam diagnosed problem with humidifier solinoid voltage quickly. Very nice folks and accommodating on question on service call. Will use in future.

I had a issue with my furnace last night kept shutting off and refused to heat the house above 54 degrees
Kids were freezing
So I called Getzschman heating and cooling
To get an emergency service

They sent technician:

he was out within the hour apon arrival he was extremely polite and got straight to work we spent the next hour in the basement as he explained the steps of what he was doing keeping me fully involved in the process he isolated the issue And had my heater running back at capacity

within 20 min it went from the 50s back into the 70 - 75 degree range before he left .

The warmest room in my house belongs to my girlfriends daughter she came out asking if we were trying to cook her
Then an hr later she was begging for permission to lower the temperature on the thermostat

Me and my family are greatly appreciative of Jake fixing our system so quickly

I had called several services that say that they’re 24 hour calls And Getzschman was the only company That actually had somebody on call ready to go @ 20:30 (8:30pm)
