We love working with Air Comfort! Mario has serviced our heating and air-conditioning units for over a year. He is great to work with, polite and thorough. He explained how our units were working and what we could do to make them work more efficiently. Mario was very professional and polite when it came to fixing our furnace. He seemed to follow proper sanitary protocols and was quick to jump on the problem. These guys did a great job. Jonathan was on time and very professional. We know absolutely nothing about central air systems having moved to Columbus from a dry climate where we had a “swamp cooler”. They could have totally ripped us off, but they were honest and got us up and running again very quickly and for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Air Comfort. Thank you so much!

Jonathan was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man! He did a fantastic job explaining the problem and what I needed to do. He also did my heating maintenance check and installed a new thermostat explaining how to use the functions on it. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely use Air Comfort again.

I needed help with cleaning my furnace/air contioner ducts. They had not been cleaned for 35 years! Wes and his partner from Air Comfort were able to get the cleaning done in about 4 hours. He thoroughly explained the process they were going to do. And then afterwards he sent me photos of the clean ducts. I would recommend Wes and his partner for work that needs to be done on your furnace/air conditioner. They were very professional and answered my every question. They were polite and knowledgeable about their business. Finally, they cleaned up and vacuumed where needed. Thank you guys!

The technician arrived less than 20 minutes of calling them wich was amazing. The technician asked what the issue was and promptly went to work. He found the broken item In less than 5 minutes and had it fixed about 5 minutes later. He then did a thorough check of my A/C to make sure it was running and operating correctly. I have already reccomended this company to friends and family because this is the third time I've worked with them and have had an absolutely great experience each time!
