Dave is an excellent tech, he has fixed our AC late in the evening and even during the weekend. Very happy to have found their service.

My furnace and water stopped working due to a flooded basement. Hawks was fantastic, he came out on the weekend and got everything working better than it was before. Shelly at the office was kind and super helpful. I highly recommend them!

Roger arrived within the scheduled time slot and fixed my issue in a timely manner. Roger did an outstanding job and was a great with troubleshooting my AC issues.

The people at Hawk’s Plumbing and Heating are very nice to work with. They are prompt and reliable and do a good job. They installed my new furnace several years ago, and I thought the cost was reasonable. I have recommended them to several people.

Great company. Everyone ive been in contact there has been nice. Ive had them come a couple times to my house for repairs. Hawks will always be my go to company for any HVAC and Plumbing issues.

It all started with my kitchen faucet fixture and progressed to my replacing my shower fixture, a broken safety bar in the shower, removing the toilet and replacing the seal between the floor and toilet. And the final service call was to see if my hot water heater could be repaired. Can you say, “deferred maintenance?” One important note—Hawks was prompt in getting to my house and taking care of whatever needed to be repaired or replaced. In the case of the water heater, it was only a few hours. The plumbers I worked with were knowledgeable, friendly and performed their jobs well. I hope I won’t need a plumber again soon, but if I do I’ll call Hawk’s!

Hawks has always been punctual and professional. They installed a whole system for us on our 2nd floor and have always been so helpful with maintenance on our older unit on the 1st floor. They are honest and reliable and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Definitely the best in the business!

Was having extreme water usage and called Hawk’s Plumbing. They sent Roger over and he discovered that the control board in my water softener was burnt up, probably because of electrical damage from storms. He researched the brand, located a new board and came and installed it. I couldn’t have gotten better service from anyone that I know off. They did a great job and were quick to respond, my hat comes off to Roger and the whole staff for doing an excellent job, I will be using them again. They definitely get a 5 star rating from me. Great job, great service and great people to work with.
